I was leaving my current address soon and needed to find out if my coilovers would get here on time and Roy went out of he's way to find out if they would make it here before my leave date, amazing service defenetly recommend using Carid!
It was easy to order from card ID the Salesman was extremely helpful I wasn't exactly sure what I car covers to order and looked up the information on the website he walked me through the whole process so I know I got the right seat covers thank you so much
I ordered 4 wheels and tires through them, got them out on and they were out of balance... had to spend 36$Out of my pocket to get balsnced, my tire dealer said this would be an ongoing problem... Carid now days I have to buy new ones and when they recieve my old ones they will reimburse me... BS! They put me in contact with Nexen who said that with the road force rating on the tires that they should have never even been sent out!... sand that Nexen would warranty them but I have to buy the tires and wait 6-8 Weeks and a bunch of paperwork to be rembirsed from Nexen... i don't have money for this so I guess I'm just screwed! I will slam Carid every way i can and will NEVER do business with them again! Reporting to better business bureau and posting on all social media sites! WHAT A SCAM!

This company has excellent customer service and they are willing to price match companies out there selling the same product. CariD has a great selection of automotive parts and accessories it's a great one stop shop.
I received a damaged part from Carid and received awesome prompt and attentive care from Alison in helping me sort this out. This is rare and precious to me and I will keep shopping at CarId. Appreciate ya.
I ordered a Koyorad radiator but received an inferior TYC. I initiated an exchange process which took 3 weeks only to receive another identical TYC in place of the one I returned. Nearly 4 weeks later and my Land Cruiser is still sidelined. I have since read in online forums that this is standard practice for CarID.com. Never doing business with them again.

I ordered a new set of wheels and tires through CARiD last month and despite them taking much longer to ship then they claimed (over 3 weeks) they eventually came in and I was pleased. That was until I drove my car with my new set of tires. Whenever my car was accelerating around 35 mph and below the whole car would bounce up and down violently. I took it to Tuffy where they removed the tires and concluded that they looked at the date and concluded they were very old and had been sitting on a shelf causing them to warp. CARiD sent me these tires knowing that they were bad, they are not to be trusted.

They had the best price on a racing powerglide. I ordered through ebay on 3/4/17. Four days later they cancelled my order because it was priced wrong. The next week the listing was updated but price didn't change. I asked if they would ship if I purchased they said no. Listing disappeared. I discovered they offered a military discount on the web site. I asked if they would offer the discount on the trans. They linked me to my own page with the discount. On 3/22/17 I purchased the trans using paypal. I received no notification of the sale from carid. 4/11 I asked for a status update. I was told it would ship on 4/21.4/24 I asked for an update.

4/25 I received a phone saying it wouldn't ship until May 21. Do you want to cancel. I said no and asked for a POC at the manufacturer. I then received an email saying it wouldn't ship until 6/24. I contacted the manufacturer who said they were in stock. I told carid they were in stock and the manufacturer was making sure my order didn't get lost. The manufacturer told me they had never dealt with carid. The next day, 4/26, the manufacturer received my order from Meyer distribution. Later that day I received an email from carid saying it wouldn't ship for 2-4 weeks. It arrived on 4/28. Later that day I received an email from carid saying it shipped. Best price, worst drop shipping/service.

I had a couple questions about a product and the customer service team was great! The shipping was free and I received the product less than 48 hours after I paid for it! I would 100% recommend buying from CariD!
Response was quick just wish you could had my part are could had crossed with something else. I know the Ford ranger is the same could had used that part. They could had offered that instead.
I called CAR ID and had question about my purchase. Ruben answer the phone and explain me about the product and also help me with my purchase over the phone. Needed a mirror for driver side. Zena found it quickly and confirmed it was compatible with my Mountaineer. Very quick and pleasant experience.
Had placed order for EBC brake pads on March 28th 2017, initial ship date was April 10th which did not happen
They emailed me on April 10th afternoon saying that that due to manufacturing delay it will ship on May 2nd and offered me some discount which i took.
On May 3rd i contact them via chat asking what happend to order as it did not ship, they dont have a clue on what's happening and ask me to wait for 24- 48 hours.
On May 4th i get an email stating that my order will ship on June 6th. I am fed up with them and have decided to cancel the order. Irony is that their part listing still says ships in 7 to 10 working days. This was my first order with CarID and they just made me not to ever order with them.
Their standard reply is delay from manufacturer well if that's the case why put up a listing in your website which says ships in 7 to 10 working days.
PS: Before placing the order i did call them and confirm about the item stock status and yet they screwed me up this badly.
