Just completed my second purchase and was even easier than the first time. They had to set up my account with a military ID. They kept it on file, which means that I just have to chat with them and they take care of it very quickly and painlessly. Ivette was very helpful, but so far everyone I have dealt with has been more than willing to assist.

My recent experience with CAR ID customer service representative Kristy was outstanding. Shopping on CARID in the world of Dorman replacement parts, which are very cost effective, can be challenging as to the specific vehicle application. Kristy took my vehicle info., took time to research and made a clear and prompt determination that the part I was viewing was the correct application for my ride.

My recent experience with carid was a great on! The rep I spoke with (Luis) was 2nd to none he answered all my questions and made sure the parts I ordered were correct and would definitely fit my truck. He went above and beyond to insure I was taken care of. More companies would greatly benefit from someone like him! Maybe you should have him as a member of your training team and pay him more for that as well of you don't already!

After the order, I received a confirmation e-mail. It was somewhat vague as to the specifics of my order. I requested personalized floor mats with "FairLady Z32" on them. The confirmation showed "fairlady z32" and didn't show the color or type of print. I called and talked to a young lady by the name of Nichole, she was unable to answer my questions, so she put me on hold, called the manufacturer and confirmed my personalization of the mats were correct. I recently purchased a new set of wheels and tires. These monkeys mounted 2 of the tires (they're directional) wrong as well as one of the rims looks like it was dropped as they were working on them. One of the tires also has a massive flat spot, and they aren't cheap tires. On top of all this, I've had my alignment done and tires balanced twice since I put them on my car. These guys are absolute morons and refuse to work with you on defective products, it's safe to say I will not be buying any more parts from them, and neither will any of my shops or friends. The prices are very enticing, however when all is said and done, you could have gone somewhere else and bought a much better product for less money. I've tried contacting them multiple times as well and I've been pushed off/ put on hold/ disconnected from them multiple times.
Worst experience ever. They are a BS auto company who just take money with out sending you the parts you actually need! I ordered from them my exhaust system but then was told after weeks of waiting they never had them in stock! Scammers be very awar! Save yourself the time and stress. Still waiting for my refound since almost one month!

Yea they seem nice, yes While you are on hold the recorded machine will tell you funny jokes and with all courtesy tell you to wait your turn and maybe you will run into decent customer service but this company doesnt actually deliver. You will be promised on thing but in the end the order itself which is why you are shopping wont be fulfilled untIl weeks on end. Lets not even try and cancel a order because if you do all they will say is that the manufacturer may ship before theh get the cancellation notice. Cant return or get ur money back. This company should be investigated by the BBB
I ordered side toolboxes for my truck. They were back ordered 3-4 weeks. Then when I got them I found out they are not weather proof when they had water inside after a rain. I called to get a refund and even told them I would buy another brand from them and they came back with some kind of excuse that they couldn't refund them... the way the refund policy was worded. So now I'm stuck with over $1000 dollars in junk toolboxes. I will never buy from them or tell anyone to. After you buy something good or bad your stuck with it.
