Really bad experience. I bought a full set of seat covers 2017 Honda cry, they send me something else, It took them 2 weeks to admit they don't actually make them for 2017 models... when I asked for a refund they started a whole cheap dancing around. LUCKY lucky me that paid thru Pay Pal. I had to open a case and they got my money bak... It was a month of waiting time and really bad attitude, Safe your self the trouble by finding another company. I did right away and I had perfect seat covers before Cardid refunded me.
Called in cause paying shipping for all the products I wanted to order was to expensive, the man I spoke to understood completely what my issue was since I live in Toronto. He got them to deduct quite a bit of the shipping for me.

I called for a price match on a product, Ruben answered the call with enthusiasm. He went above and beyond right away as he cared enough to verify that the product will fit my vehicle. I never had to repeat my self twice, he quickly found the other vendor and verified the price. He recognized the challenge and remained positive, asked for a manager's approval on the price match instead of giving excuses on why they cant do this and that. A minute later, he sent me a price match link and I completed my purchase. People like him are the reason why I take time to call for any price concerns and bring my business to a vendor that I can trust.

I WILL NEVER BUY from Carid, they're full of CRAP! Parts NOT in STOCK. I ordered 2 parts and both are not being shipped as promised. I called to see why not and I DID NOT and COULD NOT get a straight answer. I was told different thing by different people from Carid. To top it off parts are going to take a month to be shipped. Customer service SUCKS and they OBVIOUSLY don't CARE to make things right. Their attitude is just as bad. I asked about their website and things they "guarantee" I was told that they have no idea about it... now I Am telling EVERYONE that comes to my cousin's shop NOT TO BUY FROM Carid. And I FOR SURE WILL TELL EVERYONE I CAN TO STAY AWAY. I WILL be contacting the BBB.

Found prices about $20 set less than Amazon, but a little unsure about the matching the exact fit to my car. Even though near midnight on East Coast, their online customer service agent Mary walked me through the questions- even followed up with a personal email after I placed my order. Made me feel confident I not only saved $, but can expect expert service.
Jorge was outstanding and his customer service and PR skills but I would recommend giving him a raise and advanced him to manager of his section he's very knowledgeable and courteous period I have since told all my buddies that have big four wheel drive trucks here in Arizona to visit the website and try and contact him personally. I've just recently stumbled upon CARiD a few months ago and have used them multiple times, for multiple vehicles since. I saved thousands of dollars buying from CARiD and they've gotten my parts order correct EVERY TIME! Some items even have free shipping. Great job CARiD. I've found my one stop shop for car parts. I will definitely recommend them. I've purchased parts for foreign and domestic cars and haven't been disappointed yet.
Had a chance to talk to Amanda over the live chat. She was friendly and considerate. What I noticed was different about Carid customer service was whilst I was chatting with Amanda about a product, she was able to make necessary changes to my shopping cart. So after the chat, I didn't have to go and make those changes, the cart was all set.

But overall extremely satisfied. However, I cannot stress enough how important it is for your advisors to be able to see the cart I have already put together instead of having to email all the information and the advisor having to put together a new order.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
