Funny because website said easy returns. Worst company I have ever dealt with on returns.
Spent 30 minutes trying on the website and by phone to finally get them to send an authorization.

I have updated my review on Carid. Greg at Carid reached out and accepted the lights back in exchange for a different set. Ultimately I care that the company was willing to do the right thing. I wish it had not taken negative reviews to prompt the action. I commend Carid and would be willing to give them a second chance on another order. Thank you Greg!
I will NEVER buy from these guys again. There are far better businesses out there to buy parts from that care about the customer unlike carid.com. I bought headlights for my mustang that was in the shop. By the time I got my car back and opened the headlights I was a few weeks past their 30 day return policy.
The lights are brand new and in the box. I asked to exchange for some different different lights on their site and they said no. I told them I am about to place a huge order and they still said no. So... Americanmuscle.com just got an order from me for wheels, tires, headers, high flow cats, springs, and shocks, struts. I will never spend a dime with these losers again. I should have gone to Americanmuscle.com in the first place as they took an item back from me that I no longer needed and was past the return policy. Carid.com sucks!

A guy named Jacob helped me place my order and use my military discount. I think it's awesome they recognize us women and men that serve our beautiful country. Once again Eljune's customer service was excellent. He researched my order number and provided my order status which expedited my order as well.

Terrible service, slow, uninformative of problems with orders, misrepresenting website showing stock when there is none slow to refund fast to sell you. Use the website, do your research then go somewhere else to purchase.

So i ordered some summer tires and rims at the beginning of April. I waited until May 5th for them to ship. I finally received them and put them on my car. From first inspecting it didn't look like anything was wrong with it. After putting them on i started driving on them. I instantly noticed my car was pulling to the right. I took it in (assuming it was a alignment thing) turns out they sent me a defective tire. After 5 days of very little responses and a long time waiting on hold they told me to send it in for them to inspect it. I bought a new tire from somewhere else and now its pulling to the left. I think they sent me 2 defective tires! I can say from this experience i will NEVER order from CarID again. I just wanted working tired and rims. After spending $1000 you think you would get high end, non defective products. But i guess not

The sales team will have excellent service to get the sale, even lie to you. They Guarenteed their Bluetooth adapter product would work on my vehicle (which it didn't) and ended up selling me faulty headlights, which they told me if there were any issues to arise I could return them within 30 days "hassle free." So I fell for their B. S and bought the products. Now the worst part, their customer service team. So first I call in telling them their products don't work or are faulty. Their dumb customer service agents put down the wrong information that I just didn't need them anymore and on the return slip put it so that I declare I never attempted to install or use the product. (Then how the heck are you supposed know if it works or not! The intent is to buy and use the damn thing) After that I call again and now their excuse is that they need to resolve it with the manufacturer under warranty. What the hell happened to the hassle free 30 day return? So keep in mind guys these guys won't take full responsibily for the products that they sell and will shift it over to the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Now they want me to go and put the faulty products back on my vehicle and take a photo to prove that is faulty and of course it's not them asking it, it's the manufacturers ask. This is a B. S company. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy from these guys!

Purchased CoverKing Leatherette seat covers for A Ford F-250 XL Super Duty pick up truck. Explained thoroughly the configuration of the vehicle with the salesman. Was told that my shipment would by delivered in 10 business days. I finally recieved them today, exactly 1 month later. I opened the boxes and discovered they were for a totally different truck. Extremely disappointed. Everytime I've tried contacting someone at the company, the always have some sorry excuse. I've had it with them!

There are a few things that I have learned from being a member with CARiD. I have learned that they never fail with getting you the best deal possible while also giving you great and reliable customer service. Whenever my dad and I need something for our trucks, the first place we look to is CARiD. I would strongly recommend this store.
We checked many auto parts websites and Car ID was by far the best choice we could have made! We ordered a rear spring for our Durango through Kayla. She knew exactly what we needed and helped us through the first time ordering process. My husband is a disabled veteran and Car ID is absolutely a veteran friendly company. We ordered the item on Sunday morning, it shipped on Monday and it arrived by Noon on Tuesday. We were shocked by the unbelievable service this company offers! Not only do they offer great prices, their customer service is outstanding! Kayla made it a pleasure to do business with them and gave us, as first time customers, confidence we were dealing with a very reputable company. Kelvin, the customer service rep that was helping me with my purchase was great. He made sure the rims and tires would fit my vehicle, and that all necessary parts were included in my order. The shipping cost was a little high, but honestly it's 4 rims and tires, how much does that weigh? Anyway, I'm going to bring more business their way.
