Again just letting everybody know that I had it awesome experience with customer service along with the unbelievable products that they have online. I will continue to upgrade my baby for all of the wonderful things that this company has to offer again awesome people to work with.
I ordered a dodge challenger srt hood. When I received it the finish wasn't good. I called to see if I can return it and they asked me to send them pictures. I removed my hood and took pictures and videos. Then they told me they need the measurements from the fenders. I took them and send it to them. Right now after 5 weeks from the supposed return date they told me to again take another picture. When I called them they said the same words over and over and they didn't care if it was their mistake. Very very bad experience
They're going to treat you like corporate treats everyone, like you don't mean $#*! to them. Ordered diablo comp 3 weeks ago and hasn't even shipped yet. When I called to ask bout it, their $#*!ty customer service rep hung up cus I was "frustrated" lol $#*!in $#*!.

Talked to one agent for brakes was told would receive by FRIDAY never got my order and when I called back Monday took 45min to talk to a supervisor, who did not listen to me at all when I kept repeating what I was told I was going to receive for the price. No one knows what they are doing save yourself the headache use summitracing or xdp easy no b. S. Customer service for carid is horrible place you on hold and don't listen to what you are asking for. This company is a joke buyer beware! I never put negative reviews but this company deserves it.

I've been a repeat customer with CARiD for 4 or 5 months now. In that time, I've ordered and received the right parts to keep my 2005 Kia Rio and 2005 Kia Sedona on the road with the right parts at a reasonable expense. I've orered and installed premium brake rotors and pads for both vehicles, and the cost, even with shipping, was about half of what the chain Auto Parts stores demanded for "economy" (el cheapo) parts. Whenever I need a part for either of my vehicles, or working on friends' vehicles, I go straight to CARiD, because I know I'll get excellent service and the best quality parts, and therefore a less stressful experience overall, than if I relied on the chain auto parts stores.
So I've ordered a few items this year for my new scion tc. Most of which I received with little issue. However I ordered halogen fog lights, they arrived damaged twice. And I've trying to return what was supposed to be a carbon fiber hood wrap since August. I don't even know how many COD charges I've had to pay not to mention UPS' duty fees... still waiting to hear back from you Carid.com. Also, my wife had tried to deal with you and has been completely dismissed. Poor business model.

Supplied wrong product and instructed me to connect wron wires. Luckily I have knowledge or cars and did not do what I was instructed or it would have costed me the whole wire harness on my truck ($1000s of dollars). Will not do business with this company because they would no refund me the small amount of money I spend on a harness when I spent well over $800 on other products from them. They would not right their wrong.

I purchased a ******* lb Equalizer Hitch for 389.39 but first asked repeated questions regarding the items that were supposed to be included because the price was 2/3's of what everyone else was asking. After allegedly checking with a supervisor the sales rep reassured me that the sale was for a full hitch kit, which they spelled out in great detail in their CARID advertisement along with supporting photographs of the entire kit. When the equipment arrived it was only the hitch head, which I could have purchased anyware for $225.00. They later advised me that the photos and description were incorrect and they sent me an RMA number to return the incomplete order. The initial payment was split in two and made on two credit cards, however, I was only refunded for one payment and had to contact them for the second refund. I've been buying off of Carid for a few year now and they are number 1. Never had a problem with anything! Even when I had a question the customer support is amazing! Answering everything I threw at them. I tell everyone to check out carid if they ever need to buy something for their car. All my friends never had problems and only say good things as well. After dealing with several companies that were unable or unwilling to research the parts i needed for an older caddy i came across CARiD.com the salesman Jacob found the exact parts i needed he was determined to get it wright and he did i will always look to CARiD.com 1st thank you!
Spent over twenty minutes on hold to confirm stock of a particular item, and ensure it would ship the next day. Five days later it has not shipped, and an email is sent announcing rescheduled shipment tomorrow (still hasn't shipped six days after order). Phone call to follow up included over half an hour of hold time, and ultimately the discovery that the stock nearest me has sold out just as I was on hold. Partial stock was on the opposite coast, but they would make no shipping accommodations to correct their mistake.
I will never put my business reputation on the line by relying on anything from this supplier, not to mention waste so much time on hold waiting for such incompetent and rude customer service. (ref: Shenyr and Rekha)
