On 08/04/2017 I put in my order on Carid. I been checking the tracking number but my order didn't get delivered. I contacted customer service and received my order by 08/25/2017. Customer service is amazing.

They've really good workers they work with you to listen to what you want and then they help you get it they gave me a discount on my headlights I always go to these guys for car parts
I needed a brake controller for my Mercedes, unfortunately being a German car, things are difficult. I wanted a direct plugin into my factory wiring harness. CARiD stated they had a Curt controller that was a direct fit, though Curt's website did not say it was. I called to verify, the sales associate said it was, put me on hold and said he called Curt and they confirmed it was a direct fit. I hesitated, the salesman stated he promised it was. I asked if it wasn't, if there would be any issues with returning it, he of course stated 'no'. So, I tried, it of course did not fit and would require splicing into my harness. I got it on Friday, called on Monday to initiate return. They said I needed to take pictures to prove that it did not fit, but then they were bothered I took it out of the packaging. Um, needed to take it out to see if the plugs matched (both male plugs and Curt does not make a direct fit adapter. After being on hold for over 20 minutes, I had to run some errands. Called back, took about 30 minutes of discussion to finally get them to send an RMA. Said it would be 2-3 days. A week later, I called back, still haven't received an RMA, two days later I received it. The RMA has a statement saying it wasn't used or installed blah blah blah, and wanted me to sign it. I've never had this much trouble returning something that was their error.
I had multiple contacts with the customer service trying to find parts and they were extremely nice and tried to get me the best deal and let me know of special offers. Incredible business
If anyone is looking for car parts or accessories here is where you go. Buying my new headlights was a breeze and they have really great service.Im a real consumer and always look online for great sites, this is one of thrm. Thank you David for your service
I recently got my new car and decided to do some car part shopping as most of us instantly do. I saw some nice bags for suspension and had a lot of questions as the description wasnt as clear as I thought it would be. I booted up the live chat and got connected with the best employee I could have been connected with. She was answering my questions as fast as I could send them. If I go somewhere customer service is crucial and this website has the best you could ask over. I will definitely be spending a lot of money on this website and id recommend it for my friends
Very bad on return policy. Basically no returns. Would Not Recommend. Ordered rims and tires for someone. Wasn't rims that person wanted. Called carid less than 14 hours later to change rim to rim that person wanted and was told they could not change because the pulled them off shelf, which is bull$#*!. I am sure that they didn't pull from shelf!

Products are top notch and excellent pricing. I have ordered a few things had a issue and they resolved it in a timely fashion. I recommend anyone looking to do aftermarket work on there vehicles to check it out
I ordered a bed liner from this company first the shipping was free then it was 85 bucks but they gave me a discount on product thought they where good. Then it began it was suppose to be deliverd in 5 days then I get an email saying there was a hold up on the manufactures end and shipping was delayed by 3 days even though they said they had it in stock. Day 3 still didn't ship called them and was told to call back tomorrow. Day 4 still didn't ship called and was told the manufacture was waiting on carid's authorization to ship... I paid what's the hold up. 2 hours later I get an email saying it's go in to ship in 2 days. Day 5 comes and still didn't get shipped I call and was told they want another 42 bucks for shipping. Needless to say I was pissed and wanted a refund and had to request one that could possibly be denied. However they did process the refund and inrecieved within 5 days. For a big company they suck I will never order from them again

They send me the wrong product after 2hrs on the phone they want to charge me stocking fee and shipping for their dam mistake! Customer services is a joke (Learn English). No customer satisfaction they cant even say sorry. To get my money back was the biggest problem ever and It was their mistake. Stupid's. Don't make the mistake I made... Stay AWAY!

I called with what I thought was a simple question (turned out to be more complicated than expected). I was not planning on actually making the purchase that day but after David went above and beyond and found all of the information I was calling about I decided to go ahead and make the purchase while on the phone with him. He was very professional, informative and an all around nice guy. This was the first time I had ever used CARiD and because of the superb customer service from David I will definitely be using CARiD in the future. Plus CARiD offered the part I was wanting for a very good price and fast shipping.

I ordered a part and received in a timely manner with no defects, but I ordered the wrong part. Called about returning part and got great customer service and instructions on what to do. Would definitely order from them again!
The tail light trim that I ordered for my 2010 Charger did not fit. I had to pay the shipping charges to return the product in order to get a refund. I also had paid the original shipping charge. I should add that the man I spoke to on the phone didn't believe me... I had to send photos showing the problem. A lot of effort which resulted in a hefty bill and no product.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
