I "chatted" today to help my son purchase some seat covers for his truck, we had a little issue, and needed help! Kayla chatted with us all the way through and she ended putting the whole order in our cart and all we had to do was check out! It was so easy, and their prices can't be beat! Purchased two item from them and they only shipped one. Their resolution to the discrepancy was a $10 gift certificate which didn't even cover the cost of shipping. Customer service is worthless
I spent over $1,500 on lexani wheels and Achilles sport tires and chose the free mounting and balancing package. I was told that my Achilles sport tires would no arrive until 4-6weeks later than I anticipated and was offered two tires to change my order with. I quickly picked a tire but realized that the agent did not even offer me similar type of tires so I asked to cancel my order. He ignored my request and processed different tires. I spoke to another customer service rep about canceling my order and that I did not want the tires any more and he said that if I refuse to take the tires CARID would also refuse to take them back and we would go around in circles. I was so upset and two hours after I got off the phone with him HE CANCELED THE FREE MOUNTING SERVICE WITHOUT MY APPROVAL AND SHIPPED THE LEXANI WHEELS WITHOUT THE TIRES. That was such a rude, mean and spiteful move. Please do not use carid they are SO unprofessional.

They basically stole $120 from me! I put an order in and immediately wanted to cancel it (as the shipping cost was too much). I went to my account, but the order wasn't there (the information was: "You have not placed any orders yet" (it is still that way after 4 days after placing the order). They didn't send me any order confirmation either. BUT, they did place the order and now telling me that I have to pay shipping cost of $120! Their systems rule the company: "oh, the system shows that the merchandise shipped". This a great business model... for highway robbery.

The customer service was great! They haven't completed the order placed 9/22/2017 they estimated the ship date of 9/25/2017. So far have yet to hear it's shipped and no tracking number. I contacted Live Chat and they couldn't help because they called a special order not sure why they had 3 in stock. So its 9/30/2017@ 11:53 PM PST. I would like to change this to a 5-star rating. I recently ordered some LED headlight kits with Carid and my experience was phenomenal. The items I received were shipped asap and arrived in excellent condition, nicely packaged and because I bought them on carid, I knew they were not knockoffs or anything like that but oem quality original bulbs and harnesses. If a part is defective or doesn't match what you order, they are really good with returns or sending replacements out asap. A good company to do business with.

Bought a new set of hostile Stryker wheels for my 2012 Ford F-150 XLT 4WD from carid. Dealt with Juan. Super super gentleman to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and nice gentleman. I needed a replacement roof rack for my 1996 Jeep Cherokee. I had been looking for weeks when I came across one on CARiD. When I contacted them regarding making a purchase, my sales rep Daniel offered to price match the best price I had found - even if it was on e-bay. I was surprised the information was offered as it didn't benefit them to sell it to me cheaper. After the purchase, I received the rack in 2 days. I will be a return customer for sure.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
