Placed order of three items. I did receive two or the three. Called carid to find out were the third item was because i was charged for it. Oh i never received a conformation email or receipt. When i call them about issue the Representative told me that they did send out emails to me and that i only purchased two items. When i tried to explain my side and that i could show them that i was charged he then started talking over me and that i was wrong and if i wanted the third item i would have to pay for it again. So out about $50.00 bucks stay away from CARID.

I made a purchase on Nov 20th. Item shipping said would be delivered by the 25th. Yet by the 26th hadn't even been shipped. I contacted through live chat and was told it would be updated in 24 hrs so I called on the 27th and was told they contacted the warehouse but the line was busy. Lol. I contacted later that night and was told to wait 48 hours for an update. I told them I wanted a full refund and was told they couldn't do that yet because they didn't know if the item had been shipped already. Knowing damn well it hadn't. After the live chat I requested a copy of the conversation and it said my email was invaled.
Complete scam bull $#*! company. I promise 90% of the 5 stars on here are the employee boosting their score. The website says they are a 5 star with bbb. Yet bbb has them as a 1 star.

CARiD was the only website that carries the parts needed for an older vehicle I own & at the checkout section the shipping rate increased from $7.00 to $17.00 & did not know why until I reached out to them by phone and one of their representatives helped me out & was able to do some research/modifications on my order which changed my shipping charge back to $7.00.
I purchased an item by accident and immediately called to cancel the order. They weren't able to process the order cancellation until it had shipped so I had to pay for shipping both ways. Total rip off. Stay away they'll just take your money!

I havent received my order yet, but the customer service rep was very patient with me and answered all of questions. She was able to help me find out if the product I ordered would fit my vehicle and she was able to price match it for me.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
