Requested a whole sale account being a repair/add on shop, was told i would have to call in orders which sounds like someone is just trying to make commission off of me. I should be able to just look up parts on my account and get price and availability and order. Calling in takes too much time expecially when quoting. And only 5-10% off is horrible.

I ordered a FUEL TANK SENDING UNIT/FUEL PUMP. The box says FUEL TANK SENDING UNIT. Its the fuel level arm that goes on a fuel pump. I could have got that part locally for $35. Im not sure how you think this is worth $186+... Needless to say its wrong and I will be returning it.

The part doesn't fit and you guys bent the part to put it in the box. I bought a part from another company before you and that part didn't fit either. When I opened the box, it had the same everything. Same serial number… same wrapping… same everything. It didn't fit.

Ordered dual black, was contacted by email saying that they didn't have that option and if gloss black was okay. I said yes. Well I wasn't aware that the gloss black option wasn't going to have the machine finished Vertini logo on the lip and center of rim. Honestly, looks unfinished. Unacceptable considering it took them almost 60 days to ship.

Wasn't too bad just didn't like it and need to return. Also the muffler I got came damaged and all sorts of scratches and marks on it. Could have been bc it was shipping in a box with holes and very few things protecting my package.
