I bought a pair of step bar for my truck, nice looking, fast delivery, but i broke one side in the ditch, call them to have only one side of the same step bar new, that was a kuick answer, by another pair, we do not sale separated, for shure we have a 1000$ to waste, here they take one in a boxe and they will sale the other one anyway to other, and they can just ask the manufacturer to do it by unit,

I will start by saying my customer service experience was great when I placed my order. However, my order was supposed to ship by December 11, then I was informed it was delayed until December 14. Then I heard nothing until I contacted customer service and a couple days later I get a call that the gift for my husband wont ship until possibly December 29th! Ive spent all I can so I have nothing but a crappy gift card for my husband to open Christmas morning. Im super disappointed! I realize its a production issue, but this time of year you really need to be on this! Disappointed nonetheless.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Worst website I have ever ordered from in my entire life! First of all, they sent me the WRONG COLOR rims at first. Then after that, I had to call, email, beg, plead on a daily basis to get them to even send me a return shipping label. Once I got the label, I had to print a form out and sign it and then email it back to them. A week went by had to contact them again to see if they had received the rims that I have sent back, they said yes but I signed the wrong form that THEY sent me, so I have to wait 2-3 more days for the manufacturer to process the return. Once I called back 3 days after, the manufacturer still hadnt processed the return and I had to wait 2-3 more days after that. Once I get the right color rims, I take them to a Audi dealership to get them put on, now the dealership is saying I need spacers and longer lug nuts because the rim rubs against the brake caliber. So yes, Carid guaranteed fit crap is bogus as well. All of this and I had to pay my first payment on the rims(I was planning on paying them off at first, glad I didnt) and they arent even on my car yet. I will NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CARID, and I recommend you do the same

I am customer here since 2013. My last visit was for buying new leather mats to replace on my 13' Jaguar XJ. Bryan was the guy who helped me sort out the best options available and as a holiday perk, I received promotional discount (who wouldn't like one)
I've ordered twice and both times delivery dates were postponed 2 and 3 times due to manufacturer backorder --Both items showed to be in stock when the order was placed. The first order was delayed several months! The "notification" email is always received after the delivery should have arrived. The first product was a carbon fiber wing truck lid spoiler for my sons car which started peeling and chipping 6 months after the year warranty! I was reluctant to purchase again from this company because of my first experience but I understand things happen etc. This time the order was for a Christmas Present which has been delayed twice now with a new delivery date of the 27th - which I am not holding my breath with actually happen, Second order same experience -- I will not order from this company again.

I have been having a lot of grief and so has CARID. It took the CV axle manufacture 3 shipments to finally get it right and the brake drum distributor shipped out drums 3 times with all but 1 defective. CARID made price adjustments to another brand to accommodate me. In the end it is not CARID's fault that the manufacture of the axles and brake drums I ordered made bad parts. I could have ordered the same parts from any retailer and the same thing would have happened. So they did what they could with a bad situation. Still waiting for the replacements and credit for the returns, but expect CARID will handle it!
I love the service, but the shipping was scetchy. I ordered parts over the phone and didnt get them like tracking number said. Then one part was on back order, thank God I figured out it was the wrong part. It was a breeze to exchange it over the phone and they had it in stock. Until I later received a email that said the part is out of stock. Now I am trying to contact someone to see how fast the company will get it cause it's very important I get this part asap
I ordered Carbon fiber hood for my genesis coupe, the item was defective in that it wont close! The sides are several inches from the car, gap about an inch from fender
I took photos and emailed them to customer service, they asked for photo of the box and my car vin, i sent them that, they came back asking me to take it to autoshop!
Which is ridiculous.
I talked to them over the phone they said we can offer you $30!
I paid $500 for this useless thing, its a safety issue when hood doesn't close completely, if something happened i'm suing these people.
I wish i can upload the photos the part is defective i think its bend forward more than it should be, it would close in the front and keeps the sides from closing

Received a order I had ordered for a Christmas gift. The box looked good but the item inside had many severe scratches...(a hood deflector for my new truck)... It was a return that was repackaged? I was obviously talking to someone in India (the English was horrible) and I have to send them pictures now? For what?... There website says "return for any reason... Why the pictures? Why not "sorry for the inconvenience and we will send you a mailing label"... Now I should pay $7.50 for return shipping...? What did I do wrong?
