I have been searching for a full hood and windshield bra for my Honda Fit to use when towing behind my motor home. I have ordered from CARiD in the past and called them to help me find what I wanted. I bought strut assemblies and shocks as well as a new steering rack and some hoses. I was quoted by my mechanic $3300 for parts and labour. After doing it my self and with the parts from CARID.COM I came out with a bill around the $700 mark. It was the difference between scrapping my 2006 Caravan and fixing it.
I am pleased with the service I received and the parts came in either on the date that was given or earlier. Just a reminder to all, if you think you may have to return an item... make sure you keep the box. Funny thing for me is that I wanted to return an item (power steering cooler) but didn't have the box... so I couldn't return it and now I find out that I will need to install the cooler after all. Ha ha.

Best prices and service cant believe other companies have not caught on. I will start by saying my customer service experience was great when I placed my order. However, my order was supposed to ship by December 11, then I was informed it was delayed until December 14. Then I heard nothing until I contacted customer service and a couple days later I get a call that the gift for my husband wont ship until possibly December 29th!
