This Company Sucks

Ordered some valve covers on 12-28-2017 and they assured me they had them, on 12-29-2017 they don't have them and tried to get me to take something else, I still don't have my money back after 2 weeks, only reason I gave them 1 star because there is nothing lower, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Great customer service

So I ordered some wheels for my truck, after that I was second guessing about the size of the wheels and stuff, so was chatting with a guy from the chat team, I literally asked like 3 questions and the guys game 3 answers, just his 3 answers for my 3 questions were enough to make me feel comfortable about the product i ordered, I wish all of the customers services were this good lol, shopping on this website its been great so far.

I had placed an order for some replacement bulbs for my fog lights and the tracking said the label was made and was on it's way to USPS. I had placed the order on December 18th and call customer service on January 5th and talked to Ericka and told her that the tracking info has not changed. She checked into it and saw the same thing and said they would have to open an investigation with the Post Office and it would take 7-10 days but they will not make me wait that long. Ericka then asked if I would like to have the bulbs reshipped but then said that they were out of stock with no eta so she asked if I wanted credit? I then asked her if they would up grade me to the bulbs that were $6 more at no cost which they were able to do. Come summer I am going to have to replace my headlights and will be buying them from CARiD.

I recently purchased a truck and wanted to get some custom fit seat covers to protect my seats. I was worried about finding a rear replacement spoiler for my 26-year-old Acura Integra, but upon my cold call to CARid, I was surprised to see how easy it was! They custom made, painted, and shipped the part under $200. Sonia made sure all my questions were answered and even sent me an email with the purchase all set up and ready for payment.
