This is my 2nd purchase with this company. The 1st one was just fine back in 2015. This particular purchase has been a pain in my side. Fred and Kevin Ng were my customer reps and neither advised me about the tire pressure monitoring system. As an uninformed customer, this is something that should have been communicated during my purchase to ensure the right fit with my make, model and year of my SUV. I reached to out to Kevin Ng through email and phone for assistance after my wheels are delivered and attempts to install, but was totally ignored. Phone calls not returned and emails were dismissed. As I write this review, it has been 3 weeks since I ordered my wheels and they still are not installed. It takes the general customer service department 2-3 days to respond to my inquiries. Not good and this is my last time purchasing from this company.

I purchased a bumper through CARID on Dec 19th 2017 and paid a shipping of $185 to have it shipped. Not only was it never shipped, but when i called the freight company had lost the bumper all together. HOW DO YOU LOSE A BUMPER FOR A DODGE RAM? It was supposed to be a christmas present for my husband and by Jan 1st i realized it was never coming and asked for my money back. Well after calling them for days to get my money back, they finally said "it was delivered" and so they wouldnt return my money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So i have now had to file a claim through my bank to get my money back. So because of car ID i was out almost $600 and no bumper. DO NOT USE THEM!

Couldn't ask for a better place to get anything and everything for your automotive needs. Their prices are cheap, but still a good quality product. Shipping is quick and easy. I highly recommend using these people. They are awesome.
They have no idea what they are doing... I suspect they are not even in the US. At any rate they have no understanding of customer service of what to do. I ordered lights for a screw up they made, was charged overnight shipping. The order did not arrive, called back, each time at 20-30 minutes of crap. First one only wanted to credit me $15 for the $37 original charge and the damn thing had not even shipped! Only a label was created so this means the original person I dealt with didn't know it would be shipped from the manufacturer and could't possibly be sent overnight. Never again. This is what we get when they sub work out to people who have no understanding of how things work in our country.

My experience was a good & easy one. I purchased some headlight & they were very helpful in finding me the exact type I wanted. I'm always a little hesitant about buying stuff online but they made it so simple and easy. I would purchase from them again & would gladly recommend to anyone!

I placed an order over the weekend and had buyers remorse by Monday morning. I called customer service first thing that morning and David got me fixed up by cancelling the previous order and submitting my new order while I sat on the phone. He had a bubbly personality the whole time. It was like talking with an old friend who had a warehouse full of awesome wheels.

I was fishing for the right bumper parts for my son's 2005 Toyota 4Runner. I found CARiD and made a cold call. Kerry from Brooklyn helped me. He spent considerable time with me on a Saturday morning and walked me through the process. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
