I was looking for new struts for my Solara and CariD popped up. SO, I Calle them because their advertised price was the lowest I had found. The ordering experience was outstanding. The sales agent spoke very clear English and I didn't have to keep saying "I can't understand you" like I do with "DirectTV". They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Called to verify product was In stock, found out it was and placed the order. The person I called went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
The website itself has a lot of flaws--starting with the live support. Most of the questions I had regarding an order I placed were ignored and threw a prompt saying I needed to email them for support regarding orders. Once emailed, their responses varied from 6-24 hours. Most of which rarely responded to all of the questions I had asked, in one case completely ignored the questions to ask me about my order. Today marks the 5th day I've emailed them back and forth for a problem that should have been solved in less than 10 minutes--If their website actually functioned properly. It seems like all the functionality regarding cancelling orders or editing orders both don't work.
Next up is the shipping and processing time. So far, I've waited 3 days for the order to process, and received an eta of 9 (7 business) days before they even ship the order out. Even longer for the order to be delivered. Relative to eBay or Amazon which deliver in 3-4 days, seems unacceptable.
Staff is always helpful. Never any issues, always use chat to place orders. Staff is very knowledgeable

I bought an exhaust system from Carid and originally, I purchased the wrong one. The customer service was top notch. They helped me through the return and helped me to get the correct one ordered. Car sounds awesome. Product was shipped quickly with accurate detailed tracking.

I don't intent to talk ish or bring anyone down, but it NEVER works smoothly with these guys, ever! This is the 4th or 5th time and I'm done for good with them.
I purchased a front dash cover kit and received the rear dash kit instead. A completely different item than what I had ordered. Take a look at the photo.
But the real disappointment is that they do nothing make up for their mistake. No store credit, no apology, no speeding things up... they're unwilling to help. NOTHING other than telling me to sit and wait 5-7 business days for a return. BS you guys messed up give me a reason to remain a customer
WHEN YOU GUYS FUDGE UP THAT BAD AND SEND THE CUSTOMER A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM WHAT THEY ORDERED, MAKE UP FOR IT IN SOME KIND OF WAY... SHEEESH EVEN $5 STORE CREDIT WOULD MEAN SOMETHING. BUT YOU GUYS ARE UNWILLING TO WHICH IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ITSELF.

I placed an order for wipers. For my daughter's car & wrong wipers were sent not only once but twice then I had to replace order paying again instead of just sending my replacements while they receive the one's I sent back. Still in all they still have me wrong order again. I was so upset & disappointed.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
