I had some trouble fining an item on line as amazon no longer carried it. All other sites were more expensive, so i too a chance with this company, crossed my fingers, and was not disapointed. The item arrived quickly, packaged securely and discretely. I would definately order from them again!.

If you are buying all weather car mats and are hoping that they fit to your vehicle like manufacturer made, these are not the deal. 2015 Honda Civic, online said made to fit 2015, does not. If you want to return anything, they charge you fees to return and so you will lose both your shipping and additional invvestment
Put together a cart of brake rotors and pads, but didn't order them. Later received a phone about the uncompleted order/full cart and was asked why i didn't go through with the order. I explained i was just looking for a quote on parts and that shipping was too much compared to amazon prime. I then received an email from Victor Calvo with a link to a cart he put together for me. Better brand and the total was $20 less than my first cart. Even added a $6 discount. Best parts service i've experienced

Bought wheel. When to tire Kingdom for installation to find out it was wrong size. Spoke to rep from CARDID who promised tot send correct size before I returned old wheel and send return authoriztion label. A week went by an nothing. I called and was told product not made in sized needed however at time they were notified of wrong sized new product ordered from different manufacturer and additional payment made on credit card. Days go by and still nothing. Get email asking for credit card information again and they will send return label and once the initial wheel is returned they will sent me the correct wheel. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Skip by this website if you have any sense.

I was frustrated with the website, so I called and after I had a chance to explain what I was looking for with the person on the phone, they were able to locate the parts I needed and get them shipped out at a discount and a price match. I guess that's all you can ask for
Customer service started out great, but what sounded good at the time wasn't actually how things were going to go down (or anywhere even close). After multiple phone calls the issue is somewhat resolved, but since the last phone call, I have received yet another back order notice. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Hopefully my items will come in before this latest email says.
I would return here for products just based on the help I received from car IDs customer service! The product had a faulty connection come up but it was just one bulb, not both so I know it wasn't their fault but it was the fault of either the shipping company or the maker of the product and I was still helped with no problems at all!

Ordered 3 different items! One did not fit they admitted guilt returned money because website listed it was for my car. Hood didn't fit it was too small and off center like what the hell kind of company makes stuff like this? After numerous pics and arguing destroyed the hood refunded cost of hood (not the shipping). Ohhh the bumper still a nightmare I have taken so many pics and proved to them it will NOT fit. Their solution is to take the crash bar off yes the thing that would keep me safe in a crash I mean in a sports car that goes fast I would say it's a little important... oh and to top it off my insurance said that if I do get Into a crash without it they will not cover anything! So looks like about 600 dollars wasted thank you carid for just taking my money because this bumper will be turned into an expensive shelf in the garage..

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
