So my ordering experience with this company was great I was doing some late night shopping for some new wheels and tires I had everything setup in my cart but didn't pull the trigger until the next day. I called in and spoke with Kevin K. He answered all my questions and was very Knowledgeable about my questions and even hooked me up with the low pro tires I couldn't find. He went above and Beyond doing all what he could to set me up with the best deal and package. And his communication was great unlike some other places I've dealt with so with that being said I'll update my post once my packages arrive.

Great customer service I had to return one item and the other item got lost. The return labels where sent out quickly and they have the new part getting sent out that never arrived so customer service has been top notch.

I ordered the third brake light for my 2009 Chevy Equinox LT and Victor, the salesman, was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Victor researched e various options available to me to get the best quality part at the best price. He immediately verified and matched the price from another vendor. I received the item on the date promised and it was an exact fit. I'll be using CARiD in the near future.
Bought a set of Spyder head light, called CARid several times over 3 month asking technical question before I bought! After every question answered the sales person would then ask me to place a order, like dealing with a car salesman. Answer question then try to close customer. Getting my Credit card was the most important thing to the sales person! Incredible, was never told that the headlamps were illegal to run due to them having a slight tint. I drive a Benz E 350 not doubt it was going on the public HWY. Never thought to ask because the web site stated the headlamps met ALL DOT required regulation and the hook was I would get EXPERT help from CARId... Call SPYDER Auto parts got a worse run around, all I was looking for was a exchange not a refund. Was told by spyder it was CARiD fault Im currently being told by CARiD that they are talking to SPYDER and to be patience,, so far 3 weeks and to many DIFFERENT "Customer" service emails from a half dozen different"Customer" service people... what a nightmare. Will put follow up post when this is finally finished, my suggestion is buy elsewhere. Certainly not Spyder auto and maybe not CARiD
Site is so easy to navigate and search for the right parts for any of my vehicle's, help staff is wonderful to work with... very helpful and courteous with good knowledge of their job.
I ordered shocks for my car here and found the website to be one of the best looking from the rest of the car parts sites but I did not receive one of the parts in the mail. I got a call saying it would be delayed then called back and they could not figure out if it was delayed because the 3 parts were shipping. Called again and they said it was in stock and sorry for the delay. Called back a fourth time and they told me it was on back order again and did not have an ETA on when the part would be available. I was delayed in receiving the parts and had to order from another sites and could not make my travels to visit my family in time.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
