I ordered a nrg slimboy shift knob back in january and after changing my ship date to late february once i just went to check again and they moved my ship date to early april. Its completely unacceptable as i just want a shift knob and im being told it will take 3 months to ship.

I have been working with CARiD support for weeks trying to sort out some international shipping issues. Most big online vendors consider the issue we are dealing with as "combined shipping" for multiples of the same product. In this case, the product weighs little more than an ounce at a cost of $7.00USD. Shipping cost is said to be $250USD (50 x5)! The folks at CARiD seem to have some trouble with this concept but have been working hard to try to sort it out. At this point, still unresolved.

This is my second time dealing with CARID... I promised I wouldn't, but wanted to give them another try... BOY WAS I WRONG! When they are selling the products its all good... but goes down hill after that. I ordered wheels and tires, they came mounted and balanced and with the installation kit. The installation kit the sent was the WRONG size lug nuts... so I went to a local tire place, ordered the correct ones, paid for them and called CARID to inform... the girl who answered was VERY RUDE and blamed me for the incorrect parts being shipped. I them asked to speak with someone else. I was placed on HOLD for 23 mins, I then called from another phone and spoke to Rebeca, I emailed her the receipt for the correct lug nuts and am still waiting to be refunded. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. First time shame on them, second time SHAME ON ME. STAY AWAY. Use a local wheel place instead. THES GUYS SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
