In today's frenzied online shopping, it is not common to find overwhelmingly assistive customer service Agents. However, I had Bruce help me and take my order even after business hours. The shipping was also quick and I will be a repeat customer with carid.com. With other reviews, it is necessary to remember that this company is not the manufacturer of products that may be found to be less than what was expected. However, with products that I am familiar with, carid.com will gain my business when such needs arise.
Not sure what all the fuss is about, you get what you pay for. Don't buy cheap branded products and blame the supplier (CARiD). Always invest in good quality brands.
Anyways, CARiD has always been great to me. Their customer service is always awesome, over the phone or live chat. I've had a couple instances now where i've had to result in speaking with a rep and it's always gone smoothly. Thanks for the great customer service and products!
Ive ordered twice within a week! These guys are amazing and even more so because they give discounts to first responders! Both Reps I have spoken to were very knowledgeable! Ill be back to order again soon!
Not a bad place to buy parts from good customer service not to lengthy with responses with questions or concerns shipments could be made more promptly but all around not a bad website
I purchased new LED tail lights for $267. Half of the LED's on one of the units went out. When i called to get the light replaced is was told the lights only had a 90 day warranty and that the lights were 16 days out of warranty so there was nothing they could do. After talking with customer support multiple times and finally talking with the manager I was again told that neither they (CarID) or the manufacture would cover the defective part. I was offered $50 discount towards purchasing new lights. LED lights should last for years not months. CarID and its manufactures obviously sell sub standard junk and then walk away from customers. Total joke - DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM - THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT THE JUNK THEY SELL!

Purchased led bulbs a week ago spent $150 for what I thought were new bulbs. From start packaging looked used and bulbs were the same way with scratch marks and some kind of dust. Bulbs are functional, but I aid for new... otherwise it should have been advertised as used. I have purchased bulbs before for another vehicle and those were new, so I was surprised at the condition of these.

From a simple question to a detailed shopping list, that's how awesome customer service was towards me.
I ordered a clutch and only ordered because the sales person who I had on the phone looked up the part to make sure it was in stock and able to ship it from a close location (new York) the location was close to new jersey and I would have it a day or two. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I ORDERED WITH THEM... After not receiving the part any tracking info or receipt from an e-mail, as promised. I called to find out they shipped it out of a California warehouse and it will not be scheduled to be delivered for over a week. (hopefully) They could not have picked a further location to ship from... WTF...

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
