CARiD is great because they have some of the best prices on a huge range of products, their shipping is fast, their website is easy to find things on, and their customer service is top notch. Absolutely best selection of car and RV accessories I can find on the internet. Using online chat to apply a military discount was remarkably easy... only took a couple of minutes. I was in the market for a set of vossen cvt wheels but not sure about offsets. I called carId and the rep was very helpful. I explained the look I was going for and he gave me his suggestions. I could not order the wheels from work due to site being blocked. Before the call was done I received an email with the wheels I wanted as well as an reference number so I could complete the order later. I did and the communication has been great. I just received an email from the rep Fred regarding the shipping date for my wheels. Overall I would definitely recommend CarId to anyone for the automotive needs.
My husband had searched through every company for shocks for his Jeep. When you live in Hawaii, you definitely cost-compare to find the company that will give you the best deal on shipping. I had placed the items in my shopping cart in order to make sure that they were in fact the best price. However, when it came to shipping, their prices were about the same. I customer service rep contacted via telephone and asked me why I hadnt placed the order. I explained my issue of the shipping costs and told him I was not paying the exorbitant amount per shock in shipping costs. He not only gave us a discount on the shipping costs to get the shocks here via UPS, but he gave us an additional discount for being military. It is hard to find companies that honor our military any more and we truly appreciate that recognition. That type of service is what we look for in order to get our parts to Hawaii! We will be ordering through CARiD again.

For any questions I had concerning the product I was looking up or bought, all my questions would be answered quickly. Havent had any problem where they couldnt fix and very friendly. Great service but better products!
I placed my order over the phone to make sure it would be correct. They sent me the wrong harness connections to fit my new headlights to my truck. They left me with no vehicle after body shop repairs because I had no headlights to install. I called them and said they needed to send the parts overnight so I could leave on a trip or I would just return everything. They gave me a laundry list of what I would have to do to return them and would not send the parts out until I sent pictures of what they sent and what my truck has. They are the ones selling headlights shouldn't you know what you sold me and what my truck has for a plug. So these 550 headlights cost me an additional 200 for a rental car and 150 for someone to get the correct harness connection and install.
So many other options save yourself the frustration.
I called because I wanted to make sure it was a OEM part and the gentleman that answered reassured me it was. And the price are u kidding me fantastic. A few days later I got my part and it fit like a glove it was better then the one that was replaced when I got in a accident 6 years ago. Thx you so much.
Bought wheels and tires back in July for a restoration project that was in pieces at the time. This past Friday 3/2/18 we unwrapped the wheels and found out they dont fit. Carid will not help me. I never used the wheels/tires. Thats terrible customer service. Now I have to shell out more money to get parts for my 1985 Toyota Hilux... thanks a bunch!

They told me they would send the return label, box of clamps we paid $258.00 was still sitting on my desk since 3/5/18. UPDATE: Contacted Stainless Works and the great team there took it back. Lousy Carid I bought Stainless steel headers and exhaust system from them. They send us only the clamps and the wrong size at that. After sending me the clamps then they lie to me and say that Stainless Works does not have a description. That meant they are saying it is canceled. UPDATE: Stainless Works just sent us our 304 stainless Steel headers and complete exhaust system. And not only that it's mirror polished. Great team at Stainless Works I even told them about CARID and they wern't to happy about that. I'm sure most of you who dealt with CARID didn't know about sitejabber, we didn't. If we had known about sitejabber I would have never dealt with CARID. Tell everyone about CARID and sitejabber because people need to know.

OK, so they screwed up and sent 2 1/2 inch clamps for a three inch exhaust system that cost $2610. 69. I have not received the return labels We where promised. The unopened box still sits on my desk. I was over that and just was waiting one month for them to ship our headers and exhaust system. After waiting over a month, I just received an e-mail that says- We have checked out the issue with the manufacturer. Unfortunately the Manufacturer doesn't have a schematic or project available showing the required modifications. What the hell does that mean? I checked with Stainless Works and they have the same thing that we ordered. I don't know whats wrong with the dummies at Carid. They always say sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. After waiting one month and only then being told something that is not true. I have no patience and or understanding with Carid. Wish I had known about there tactics and sorry ass customer support in the Philippines that doesn't know a thing about cars, trucks or parts. Just hope they send back our money soon so we can purchase direct from Stainless Works. Don't take a chance with Carid, and I will keep you posted as to what happens.

I ordered some springs and the springs they sent me were wrong. I didnt know that at the time until I went to install them. I contacted them and they said the declined my return because the springs now had scuffs. I told them its not my fault yall sent me the wrong part and was basically told Im stuck with eating the $115. I also asked if their 100% satisfaction guarantee was b. S. and the lady said yes, I guess so. Worst company Ive ever had to deal with. Talked to 2 customer service reps and was told there is nothing they can do for me. Complete trash customer service.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
