My first contact with Cardi has been positive. Very helpful and Johnny on the spot with help. Plan to use them again as soon as the 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara JL stuff is ready
I couldn't figure out who the shipper was that they gave me the tracking number for. I called and they were very polite and had an answer for me in no time at all.
The shipping took a little longer than expected, but the product itself was of good quality. I ordered a headlight and they were kind enough to include a replacement bulb with the assembly.
Ordered a hitch for my new Jeep Wrangler JL... Customer service was great and they even went the extra mile and checked the dimensions to see if the receiver would clear the spare tire. Got an email from support with specs and a drawing showing where the receiver would be in relation to the spare tire. The wait time was minimum however, the witty sayings kept me on hold to hear what would be said next.
I will definitely order from CARiD again once more aftermarket parts developed to fit the Jeep Wangler JL.

Ordered a bug Deflector shipped fast it was as described. Have also ordered seat covers by rixxu for my Dodge Ram can not weight to get them

This business has the most polite representatives, they made me feel relaxed and i enjoyed talking with them. The representative was eager an quick to help solve my issue in any way she could. The only thing this company has going for it is that it has a flashy website. Horrible customer service, waited almost a week for my parts to ship (that were in stock) only to discover there was an "issue with the supplier." NEVER buying anything from this company ever again. I've already placed and received an order from PartsTrain in the time it has taken to go through this ordeal, with their horrible customer service. I am on hold trying to cancel my order, if they give me the runaround and tell me that I cannot return the parts, I will gladly drive to their office in NJ and leave them on the front doorstep. All $400 worth and write it off as a tax donation to the mentally insane.
Purchased part for Pontiac. Stated clearly in description it fit my car.
Received part, packaging stated for a Chevy, same part number, does NOT fit my Pontiac.
Rep insisted it fit my and requested photos.
Sent everything they asked for including vin number from dash.
Now they state my vin is incorrect even with a photo.
Rude, argumentative and purposefully trying to get me to go away without return.
Bad company, scam. Send wrong part, will not admit or refund.

Very impressed with CARiD! After I ordered my set of wheels I received and email with concern that they might not clear my calipers. So I was able to call in and speak with Kevin, and this guy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the choosing of my wheels. He also made the process of working out the difference and since I went through affirm he said not to worry about the switch over and that he would take care of everything. All i had to do was pay the 90 dollar difference and I could keep my same payments with affirm. I can't thank Kevin enough and CARiD for all the help and will post a review as well when I receive my wheels.
Everything ended up very well with all the parts I ordered. Been with carid before and will keep my business with you guys. Keep it up!

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
