I was send a go rhino bumper that I ordered for my ram 3500. I sent it to dodge for the install. Unfortunately they sent the mounting bracket for a chev.

When ordering from car ID, it was simple, returns are simple. Getting a return label within 24 hours isn't as simple, I am still waiting.
I contacted CarID and got through right away. Vincent took my order and made sure that the part fit my vehicle and also informed me that there would be custom duty. I received my email confirmation right away; overall a very positive experience.
I had mistakenly ordered a part that did not fit my car. I realized this as soon as the part came in. I notified CARiD about my mistake, and they promptly issued the return information and refund. It was easy to do. The only reason I took off 1 star was because I had to call to do ask for the return rather than doing so online. The shipping was also slow. It took nearly two weeks for me to receive my part. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I will be using CARiD in the future.

I have had several problems with CARID.COM, first I bought 8 led bulbs and they only sent me 4 bulbs; They did not inform me why, until they were pressured they told me that the other four did not have them in stock or in the warehouse or in the manufacturer. After a month of asking, they offer me others, paying 20 dollars more, which I accepted. However, they do not arrive yet the delivery system is bad. They have a good response in their technical support and sales support, but when they place the orders with their warehouse there is the problem. In addition, they do not advice on time about the tracking number of the package, I have had a very bad shopping experience at CARID.COM, I do not recommend this online store. The chat responds very well but what they say does not comply. They are slow in shipping. I bought other type of led bulbs for a classic car in superbright and found that this store is fast. Unfortunately, I was forced to buy in CARID.COM because supposedly only they had led bulbs for my classic vehicle. Do not buy problems.

Ive used car id over the past few years. I usually call in to place my order and the reps are always helpful. I receive what i ordered pretty quickly, including freight items. Its a pretty straight transaction so i have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to order again in the future.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
