CARiD shipped the wrong hood and is taking way too long to correct. My vehicle is in the body shop waiting on them to commit to their wrong doing. The website is way cool and easy to use but evidently not accurate of when they order from the manufacturer. I have sent pictures three separate times now without anything from them of when the correct hood will be shipped. To me the customer is NOT important to them. I have about $10,000 more to spend and I will probably not use them moving forward.
My customer service rep was able to consolidate my 2 items into one and saved me $10 shipping in the process. In addition, I was having trouble using a gift card. My rep walked me through the activation process with the bank and patiently waited the entire several minutes consistently reassuring me it was not a problem and to take my time. This was over and above his duties and was greatly appreciated. A+ for customer service! Thank you!
I bought a fuel pump for my minivan and it came in less than a week which we were pretty happy about what I didn't realized was it came defective a little piece was broken when I did notice I tried to do the support info online myself I don't think it went through so I contacted them on Monday 2:30 pm through Live chat I was speaking to Elliot K. She was very professional and informative she asked for the items she needed pictures from the part and boxes sent to the support email she waited for me to do this and finished my return order when she had me on hold she gave me exact wait times and did not go over minutes she did not waste my time and she set everything up for return they took 3 days to get FedEx pick package up and he had the label ready All I had to do was have both original boxes with their packaging closed and ready to go. I am happy with their customer service and I will buy from them again as soon as my money is credited to my account.
No matter what I order it's right every time I have absolutely no complaints no problems and if I decide I don't want it be for it ships they take care of it no questions asked very easy to use website and friendly customer service you just can't beet it I will always recommend CARID

Still waiting to get a reply to my email... I ordered a plastic lower bumper cover that literally weighs 6 lbs and they are charging me $115 to ship it! I was not told this anywhere on the site when ordering, but noticed it on the email order confirmation. I called promptly and put in a request to cancel my order. Guess what, 2 days later my order was STILL not canceled and I got a ship notification. I feel extremely mislead and am disappointed no one has responded to my email yet about the issue. I would not recommend ordering from this company, until they can clearly indicate their shipping prices and drastically improve their order cancellation process.

I've experienced very good customer service with CARiD. I ordered a WeatherTech cargo mat that arrive early; I love it! The Designer Mat floor mats (1st & 2nd row seating) did not arrive by the estimated date, & I was informed they were on back order after I requested CARiD to check on the status of that order.
I would recommend CARid & WeatherTech, but I would not recommend Designer Mat. I cancelled the portion of my order from Designer Mat; CARiD made this very easy for me to do. I am considering re-ordering different floor mats, but I'll probably go with WeatherTech mats instead.
I recently was interested in purchasing a BedRug product for my new 2018 Honda Ridgeline but was unsure of the fit. I called CARiD's Customer Service and spoke with a young lady who "listened" to my concern, understood what information I needed and then took the time to research the product info to find me several photos of the exact product in the 2018 Honda Ridgeline. This info was just what I needed to make a good buying decision and I ordered the product. I have had several professional CS interactions with CARiD and will continue to purchase products from them. I ordered headlights that should not even be on the market - the light is so bad I can not even drive at night. I've been back and forth with them over 2 months sending photos, adjusting the light and everything else. I'm so tired of dealing with them I finally gave up. When I ask to be able to leave a review on that particular product so someone else does not make the mistake of purchasing those lights they denied me. Basically, their custom service sucks & they could care less that some off the products they are selling are crap. I would definitely take your business elsewhere if your concerned with good customer service. I cant believe they do business like this..

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
