I spent over $616.00 on an air shock for a CLS550. They got the money right away and shipped. It seemed OK so Far. Paid the mechanic to replace and then noticed that it was leaking and the car was down the next morning. I chat, sent emails with receipt, pictures and did not hear anything back for week. Called after a week, was on the phone for 45 minutes and they asked that I have to make a water test and make a video for them!. How can you make a water test on a vertical part under your car unless you drive your car into a pond!. Cutting it short, they did not honor the warranty and the new one that they have sent was worse than the one I had. I think I am going to have my mechanic put the old one back and take the matter with BBB. Do not trust them please.

I had a question about a product because I wasnt sure what I needed but the lady ansewered my question and even asked me for preferences and she sent me a link with a product and it was actually what I needed!
Bought a couple thousands of dollars from this site, they respond to one email a day, started this process March 18, here I am April 11, still have wrong products, that don't fit (by the way the website said they would). Had to email them about 10 times before I finally called and they said my emails are just sitting there, never answered. Their counter for all this wait is a $25 gift card, I dont want a gift card, that means i have to buy more $#*! from this place, i just want my products. I have all invoices and live chats with awful customer service saved if you (carid) want to see them. The best thing this company can do now is give me my RIGHT product and as Gordon Ramsey says SHUT IT DOWN

I called and spoke with Kay she was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the product and help me find the perfect third brake light for my 2014 Chevy Silverado.

I called into CARID with questions on floor mats and seat covers. Nerlayn was very helpful with fabric plushness, durability, and product availability. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
