I've been offered $20 as an apology which is an insult for the aggravation and time wasted dealing with the company. You deceive and lose the trust of your customers, you don't get a second chance at first impressions.
Worse Company Ever! I make a shelf purchase and they immediately charge me for the order and provided an estimated ship date of 72 hrs later; after waiting a week I contacted them via chat (don't do it, they are vague) and then by phone where they tell me they need 72 hrs to get a status. I wait for the update (3 more days) and now they tell me the shipping price has gone up 800%
After numerous emails, and several customer representatives later, the tires were returned and full credit was issued. For the record, CARiD, it should not be this difficult to do business with you. Your earning power would be substantial if you improved customer relations and service.
It will cost me $145 to resolve this issue by returning all of the tires and going elsewhere and that is well worth it!
I ordered a windflector for car and received one that was not like the picture described. I called CarId that day and salesman Blake walked me through a thorough comparison of other windflectors until I found one that was more appropriate. If every salesperson had the patience of Blake then all purchasing would be a pleasure!

My finance ordered parts from Car Id. They were to ship the parts to Washington, because we planned a vacation around the idea of getting parts when we went stateside. The parts somehow ended up in California Florida, after $#*!ing around my fiance aroubd for hours on the phone and after being hung up on... they agreed to send the parts to the correct location in Washington from South Dakota... the parts showed up in Washington a week after they were supposed to be there. The box was mangled, and full of holes! The manager Belle of Car Id advised my fiance to accept the box, and they would look at reimbursement if the parts were damaged. We got the box, the fiberglass front bumper was cracked right through! The metal mesh in the bumper was bent to hell! The spoiler he ordered is cracked all the way down the middle! We sent the images to Car I'd and they told us after spending 600 dollars they will give him 30 dollar credit but canno't help him any further! He has to file a complaint with UPS there is nothing they will do for him.
DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS!

We apologize for the inconvenience. I am sorry that the part arrived with the delay and was damaged. All items shipped via Freight Shipping Service are required to be inspected at the time of the delivery prior to accepting the package and signing for it. If the part arrived damaged, the receiver needs to sign the Proof of Delivery as "Damaged", refuse the package, and contact CARiD to report the damage and request the replacement or refund. We instruct all the clients about this process at the check out.
If the above has not been followed, it is impossible for us to initiate the damage claim and proceed with the refund or replacement. However, I would check if there is something what can be done here. Please provide me with your order number to [email protected].

Hey, I would like to recommend CARiD for any automotive products you need :) Ive bought Led head lights and Fog lights for 2 of my vehicles and they are the best I've ever bought. Not to mention they give a Great 5 year warranty.
Make sure to check out Carid! There the best and super easy to deal with. I got the mud flaps and they came pretty quick and look really great. They were easy to install and the fit was great.
The worse, pathetic business ever heard of. Ordered an item, they sent the wrong one after waiting 6 weeks. Now they're charging me another $200.00 for me to return the item, even though it was not my fault, and tried to scam another $50.00 for a difference of price when the two products were the exact same price, just fit for different cars.

"Having ordered parts from CARID in the past, I knew I should have received a confirmation email shortly after submitting my order. When I did not receive the confirmation after two days I called the customer service number which connected me with Jena. Jena promptly provided me with my order and shipping details and also identified the typo on my email address which explained why I did not receive the order confirmation. She corrected the error for me and quickly sent the confirmation email to me. Whole process on the phone was only a couple minutes.
Very pleased with the swiftness and professionalism provided by Jena and with CARID as a whole. I will continue to refer anyone ordering car parts to CARID.com."
