I called over the phone to make sure I had the correct part and experienced amazing customer service. Not only did they find the correcr part for my car but offered free 3-day shupping and a discount because they noticed I was a returning customer. You cant beat that!
Got the wrong parts. Carid is blamming it on the Lippert components. Sent pictures to Carid but no one there looks at them. I called again today and was told that Lippert Components is not answering their phone or response to an email. Sounds like the run around. They will take your money with out a problem but has no need to solve a customers problems very fast. If you order something and get it that is good but when something is wrong you lose.

I'm shocked to write this but very happy with the turnaround. Customer service contacted me and intervened. They acknowledged the initial break down in communication worked with me to identify, locate, and receive my new exhaust.
I had a deadline for the 19th. Damon came through. Very excited.
I purchased a cat-back muffler. I paid and received notification that it was processed and estimated ship date was 4/4. I never read an indication that it was already back ordered. CarID took my money for the part. If you do the same to a wheel that is out of stock you cant purchase it. I called on 4/5 to find out that the exhaust is on back order and wont go out until 4/19 the earliest.
I paid for a promise of an exhaust. No feedback as to the status and now I have to wait 72 hours for a refund. You should have never taken my money. I would have purchased from someone else and already had the exhaust.
CarID should not accept payment for something you do not have in stock without me knowing and choosing to proceed with purchase. You sold me a product under false pretenses. Copying and pasting this to the BBB.

If you buy it, it's yours. Don't waste your time trying to return anything. I was told the part I bought was installed and the return was rejected. Part was too large and literally did not fit and could not be installed. They didn't care.

After I placed an order, the manufacturer of a tool caused the tool to be unavailable for some period of time. Aldo was very helpful in getting my order canceled quickly and seamlessly.
Wasnt happy with one of my window deflectors but at CARid, I was greeted with knowledge and courtesy. The tech representative was helpful to get the return done without any hassle, I will continue to shop and recommend CARid
I dealt with an associate named Alpha. He provided great service and his service deserves 5 Stars! However, the reason why this specific review is 3 stars is because the item i ordered was listed as in stock. Unfortunately it was not in stock as the manufacturer (Metra) is waiting for some parts to come in. I was give $25 partial refund for the inconvenience. I do see that other feedbacks state the same previous issues which tells me CarID needs to improve on keep their in-stock items up to date. So to summarize, Alpha get's 5 stars. CarID gets 3 stars rating because the item is not in stock and i had to reschedule my installation

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
