I am never disappointed with customer service or the prices that I pay on Carid.com. I love that they honor all types of military service members with a 10% discount on top of their low prices and price matching. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to. I'm a life long customer.
I needed new headlights for my Jetta so I contacted Carid and they suggested a pair in my price range. I asked lots of questions because there being shipped to Canada and I was assured they where. So I ordered them.
They arrive and I payed brokerage fees on my lights which I understood. I open the box and they are not the right ones for my car! Great. So I send them back then a few days later I get an email stating they found the right ones for my car... I asked are you sure, and they replied yes. So I ordered them and when I received them they were the exact same ones I sent back...
Now Ive paid brokerage fees twice and there company policy is not to reimburse for international shipping. Ive argued with them for months and nothing has been resolved.

CARiD is my go-to when ordering parts and extras for my 2018 honda civic. They are efficient and fair on prices. They also offer a military discount which weathertech does not, and if they cannot give you the discount for whatever reason, they will issue you a gift certificate. Great customer service and I order from them for everything. Highly recommend!
I was trying to figure out exactly what rack and pinion is for my 2008 GMC sierra: customer service was very prompt in getting in touch with me and even applied a military discount. This is a fantastic team! My part should be coming in the mail tomorrow and will follow up on a review of it. (Should still be 5 stars since I ordered an AC Delco part)

I had a self inflicted issue which was resolved quickly and without any pain. I ordered an exhaust and muffler and Carid shipped both without anything to protect it during shipping. Shockingly they both showed up damaged. I have ordered an exhaust from other place for a different vehicle and they packaged it in a fashion to prevent any damage or movement inside the box during transportation. With how much I spent in shipping and handling it should not be that hard for them to package these so that they could be usable but instead have to turn around and pick them back up and resend a replacement. Just a smidge of effort would have been nice.

I purchased rims and tires from Carid.com when i received them they were damaged i call that same day no answer i finally emailed them after a week of back and forth i receive a email stating that they would refund me a b. S amount of money or if i wanted to file a claim blaming the shipping company which i refuse to do because the damage was clearly caused by them mounting the wheels to the tires, i called customer service they they refused to let me return them or exchange them basically told me I'm stuck with them, i did not pay for used or damaged parts I'm extremely upset i had to go get a quote on repairing a new item this is ridiculous. STAY AWAY BUY ELSE WHERE

It has been a pleasure working with customer service. I talked to Axel regarding nerf bars. Axel went through a number of options for my car and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to purchase and he actually recommended an option that wasn't the most expensive - very impressed.
