I initially was upset with recieving the wrong products but I have to admit they have been fairly quick to contact me. And after receiving my new spyder headlights, which were in perfect condition, Its definitely harder to be mad. I will definitely give them another shot.
I recently ordered several things for my car mostly to do with lighting, instead of the led strips and rock lights I recieved a seat warmer, am currently on day 3 of the return process and have no clue where I stand on that. I decided to take a closer look at the led headlights i received and they appear to be missing components, still waiting on a reply for that. Still have a couple more items that are either being shipped or processed but I don't have my Hopes set to high that they will get it right

I recently purchased about 5 products from this company. As I was getting ready to purchase, I searched the web for a coupon code to no avail. So, I decided to call customer service and ask if they had a military discount and to my surprise, they offer 10%. I had the pleasure of speaking with Edward from NJ. He asked me for all the SKU numbers of the items which were easily seen in my checkout cart for each item and repeated back my order. Applied the discount which took off $60! The items were ordered two days ago and have yet to be shipped, but I'm not in a rush so it's okay with me. I would recommend this company again. Edward told me that if I want another discount for further orders to just call back and they could help anytime.

I contacted this company because the duffle bag I bought to store my car cover in broke the first time I used it. Not only to they request that you call them to process a return (which is ridiculous in 2018 that this is not an online option) but then they first offered me a gift card (which I declined) then they asked for photos to prove that the item was damaged. I would have happily sent them the item, providing them the necessary proof of damage. I ultimately decided it was not worth the $10 to pursue this. There are much easier companies to deal with. They will not be getting any of my business again.
Needed to find a chrome lug nut cover for my pickup. Could not find them anywhere in town or on the internet UNTIL I found CARiD's web site. Gave them a call and service expert Jarred confirmed they were the correct caps. Jarred then encouraged me to place my order with him which would fast track the process of shipping the caps to me.
