I have been buying several parts for my Outback for last four years from CARiD. I have found the price to be very competitive to significantly cheaper and also did price matching when I called in. The support service was very professional also, at every encounter! They do it right!
After having a great session on chat, I purchase a set (4) new chrome rims for my 2013 CTS Coupe. Also, I got the best deal right here.
They have done so much for me. My first purchase, unfortunately, had the wrong items however they dealt with it professionally and compensated me a small amount for my trouble. I don't expect this happens often, and I have made a couple large purchases since with high hopes! I will always come back to shop with them for my car accessories and parts!
Needed a part and needed to know how fast I would get it. Same part was all over the internet, but no idea how long it would take to get. It was a Sunday too, calling was likely not an option. Happened on CARiD and saw a chat button. In 5 minutes I found i would have it in 2 Days, she gave me a link with an order filled out for me and added an additional discount. She also offered if I gave her my order number she would walk it thru and assure I had it on time. Never bought anything so easily on the internet. I purchased 2 items from CARID. One item shipped and one was backordered. I immediately cancelled the backordered item. I was told it was canceled and I would be refunded for that item. 8 days later the item showed up and I was never refunded.

Amazing selection, very competitive pricing and the best customer service I have had a pleasure to talk to recently.
Using their simple system I filled out all the correct information for my car. After waiting for my parts, receiving the parts and then finding time to do the install they turned out to be 2 1/2 inches short. Now I have $51 worth of useless parts because I went over their 30 day limit. This is not how you run an online business.

I bought rixxu seat cover from carid few weeks ago and installed it on my brand new mazda CX-9. Amazing car seat if you are looking for quality craftsmanship and it skin tight fit as well. Keep in mind this is not full covered car seat type. The back end won't be cover in full.

Literally these people suck. I ordered a aftermarket bumper for my C63 AMG and a month later when they said it supposed to arrive I received an email questioning whether or not I had a C63 or a regular c class are you kidding. If I order something for a specific vehicle, it should be for that vehicle. Then they werent contacting the manufacturer to correct it, they buffered on billing to them delaying it more and then would turn around and lie to me about shipping information and updates. Then when I would contact the manufacturer they would say we havent heard from them in days etc. well fast forward ANOTHER MONTH AND ITS THE WRONG PART AND DOESNT FIT CAUSE THE MANUFACTURER $#*!ED UP. NONE OF THE MOUNTING POINTS ADD UP AND THEY ARE REFUSING FROM GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK. HELLO ATTORNEY GENERAL AND BBB, I hate CARiD with a passion.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
