Ordered a Polisher and some polisher pads and sealant 5/28. Called 6/1 for an update nothing. Called 6/4 and was told it would ship within 24/48 hours. Called 6/6 and still had not shipped or were they able to place the order with the company that stocked the polisher. They said it was in stock, but what I found out is they place an order with another company that has in stock. But they had already taken the money and will still be 3 -5 days before i get refunded. Biggest Joke and will never order from them again.

I also want to add that when you call CARID after making a purchase your telephone number automatically comes up so... I've been not only put on EXTREMELY LONG HOLDS, TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK (that never happens) WITH AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE ALL I'VE PURCHASED, GIVEN A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER but I've been hung up on multiple times, as soon as CARID sees my number come up on their caller-id. CARid service reps Frank Boyle *******274 ext 8029 or Zoila Olivia "who said that she didn't have an extension" are VERY WELL TRAINED IN BS along with the the rest of their staff. Finally received a call back from a supervisor "Jeremy" at extension 8036 just to put the candles on my go screw yourself cake... sadly I was going to purchase a grill which cost $2000 but I'll take my business after this disaster to another company.
They very helpful with info on the different between brand and options on the item that I purchased to make my decision was easier

I needed to know if the parts I selected were the correct ones. I wanted to avoid the hassle of buying the wrong parts ( not knowing Idid), waiting to recive them, discovering they are the wrong parts then having to ship them back and start all over again. I called CARiD to speak with someone to confirm that the parts I wanted to order were, in deed, correct for my vehicle. I called within a few minutes of their same day shipping deadline. The customer service rep was knowledgeable about the products selected and confirmed I selected the correct ones. By this time it was their same day shipping deadline. The customer service rep was able to include my order in the same day shipment. Also, I received my order within 2 business days.

I was interested in purchasing mats for my Escalade, but was concerned about the proper fit and cutouts. I called and spoke with Edward who assured me that the mats would be compatible with my existing trim. And, if not, then a return would be available. When ordering mistakenly got wrong part number in order. After receiving items I realized this and had to make a return, Gia understood everything and was very helpful to make everything right.
Recently had an issue where a tail light broke. Called there customer service line and the gentleman on the phone knew exactly what i was looking for and even placed the order over the phone.
I have had the opportunity to call CARiD recently, the associates I have delt with were both knowledgeable on the products offered but more importantly had a high level of Customer Care, I have worked in the Customer Contact Industry and appreciate good/ excellent customer service when exposed to it, you always hear about poor service, I want to applaud outstanding service when I get it.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
