I contacted CARiD and was put on with a sales rep named Carlos. He was awesome to say the least. He didn't try and upsell me at any point of the conversation. I told him what I wanted, he found the right option, qouted me, and I called him back a few days later and pre-ordered my Konig OVERSTEER wheels from him. He even managed to squeeze in a deal for me that saved an additional $30 from my original qoute (which was already lower than what I anticipated). We all know that every little savings helps when shopping for car parts. Long story short I highly recommend CARiD to anybody looking for parts for their vehicle!

Paid 5 grand cash for rims and tires over 5 months ago got them 2 months late and when I did get them three of the rooms were damaged when I contact them they said they can compensate me for the three damaged rims by giving me $250 LOL I told them no way this is ridiculous I would like a refund they said they could not refund me but they could take them back and have another set built within 6 months but why would I trust their work and wait another 6 months when they couldn't get it right the first time this place has no customer service whatsoever they are rude and they do not want to help the customer after paying 5 grand for rims I would expect to get professional work

By far the worst experience iv'e had with CarID.com i had placed an order of 4-wheels worth over 1k about 2-weeks ago, after the 1st week i had called to speak to a representative to follow up on my order and i was told the wheels were on transit and i should get an update in 2 business days. Well its been 2 business days that have passed by and yet no update. So i decide to call again to speak to a representative and tells me there is no way to follow up on my order cuz they don't have an update status, that i would have to call them back ones the manufacture is available (yet i think its ridiculous how i have to follow up with this update when it should be the company job to follow up with their customers needs) so as i speak with the lady with bit of frustration (without getting verbal) all i said was if i don't get an update by today i will call back tomorrow and demand my refund cuz ive waited far to long already when i i can get them faster somewhere els. After that was said she hung up on my call, which is very unprofessional. If i knew her name i would put it up on here. But by far the worst experience with almost a 5-start company. Should of gone to TireRack.com like i usually do, but was trying something different.

I called into customer service intially because the website didnt list a ship or expected delivery date when ordering; Kelvin was extremely helpful with answering my questions and placing my order. However, the longer I wait to get my tires (the ship date keeps getting pushed back), the more frustrated I become with this online store. If I had of known it was going to take over a week to get my tires in, I would have just gone to a tire store and bought something off the shelf. Ive been driving around on a donut for a week now and still dont have my tires.

The wheels that you have ordered are custom made. It means that they are specifically designed for your vehicle. Unfortunately, the manufacturing process sometimes causes a delay and it is at the manufacturer's level and is beyond our control.

I love the personal interaction with the salesperson and the promptness by which i receive my parts. The few times that I have had to return something has been made easy and most of the time I just ask them to credit my account because the parts are ever changing to where I order from their site alot. Most parts i order i do not see on cars and makes my truck standout. I get a lot of compliments!

I worked with Elliot a few days ago thru the chat and was able to make some changes to the order last minute. Although the changes were not caught in time by the vendor Im still very pleased with the level of professionalism I experienced. I never felt like I was a bother. I truly felt like I received white glove service. My issue was met with concern as well as appreciation for me being a customer. I ended up purchasing a separate order for a set of Toyo Tires. Thank you Elliot for making Customer Service a priority in a World that is much about selfishness rather than Service!

Ordered quarter panels from CarID and told them they are for a 71 cutlass S holiday hardtop which is a coupe. They heard hardtop and decided a cutlass supreme hardtop was good enough. But anyone who knows anything about cars knows a supreme hardtop and a cutlass S hardtop are COMPLETELY different. I messaged them the next day to verify that they didnt not send the supreme parts because there is two different types of hardtops and she sent me back a message rambling g of a bunch of part numbers. Which of course means nothing when they have one part number for 2 different vehicle quarter panels. So I went to the manufacturer website and figured out they are sending wrong parts now and they still are trying to get me to pay for shipping them back! Theyre now saying they have to go back and listen to me orderin the parts to make sure its not my fault? Even though I asked before they shipped them out they were for my car and the right ones!
Still waiting for them to stick it to me one more time! Do not order from them as the people there are not car people and just look at numbers! Imagine ordering a quarter panel for a mustang fastback and getting one for a coupe! This is how ignorant they are!

I called CARiD to help with an online purchase with a promo code that wasn't working. The representative was very helpful, pleasant, and thorough. Took care of the issue right away and completed the sale right there. Shipping was very fast too. I would recommend CARiD for your automotive accessories.

Ordered 4 brand new wheels and tires on April 18 its now may 10 and only 3 of my wheels came in and 2 of them have damage on the lips from the lazy mother$#*!ers from this website Like seriously I payed 1,500$ for wheels and tires and you make me wait an extra 2 weeks to have 3 come in and 2 with damage This website should be shut down its a Total rip off never doing business here again rot in hell

I bought chrome taillight covers. Then I was hawked to give a positive review of the covers and I would receive a $25 gift certificate toward my next purchase. DON"T FALL FOR THIS RUSE! I have received 2 expired ones and am told will receive a 3rd one that should work. What kind of customer service is this?! Is this how they keep trying to hold onto customers? Reading the other reviews shows how bad this company is.

It is a real frustration to know that you had the issue with Gift Certificates. I would need to mention that we never encourage our clients to post positive reviews about our company. We just promote people to share their experience, despite it is positive or not. We need to know our customers' opinion, whatever it is. Unfortunately, it is rare today that people take the time out of their day to recognize a job well done. They would rather go and let others know about the unfortunate that has happened to the order than say how positive they are about the service and products received. However, we do not force our customers post only positive reviews in any way.

I would gladly check the situation regarding your Gift Certificates since there should be some confusion. Gift Certificates which are issued by our system do not have an expiration date. Shipped wrong headlights. Terrible description. China made. Ordered 4-15-18. Got in 2 days from 200 miles away. Shipped back 18th. Had to call them many times. Finally got parts on 5-8-18. Wouldn't ship new ones out till I sent back wrong ones even if I paid for them. Said it would be a quick turnaround. Everyone I talked to spoke real poor english. I'm done with them!
