Bought wheel and tire package for my jaguar Xe.
Placed order, of course immediate charge to my account. Delivery 4 weeks later. Wheels dont fit, 7 days of back and forth with customer service pictures and video. Finally give me return authorization. They promised packing material, shipped 5 days later. Packed, took pictures, sent back. Materials received at destination, they are very busy. Need to have the destination site inspect and approve. Also ordered wheel lock kit, still have not received.
Now keep in mind this is 40+ emails and probably 10+ phone calls. (Tired of hearing about boulder damn). So far March 31 to May 25 they have had my $1900 tied up and yet to receive a refund.
Called twice on May 25. Asked for supervisor to call me at 2:45pm est. No return call.
Now keep in mind they confirmed the vin of my car twice, sent me wheels and tires that dont fit. Then have made a absolute miserable experience to get my money back.
Never dealt with customer service like this before. Went above and beyond to answer my questions and getting me the best deal possible. Even took the time to contact the manufacturer of one of the products in question, just to get me the exact correct information I was looking for and believe me I hit the representative with numerous questions. Great Great customer service. Will stay loyal
They are a 10+ in my book. Aldo and jamie were so helpfull to me with great concern for my minor issue. Extremely professional and patient with our phone conversation.and i love my leather seat covers look like factory application, weather tech mats and rain window shields. While comparing parts on various retail auto parts sites, I came across CARiD and never looked back. It was a combination of website look/feel, the same day processing counter and price/selection which drew me in. It was the price match guarantee and the excellent customer service which sealed the deal. I mean, I got a person right off the bat and they even saved me from ordering the wrong part. After 7 min or so they had my part on its way.

Anna Pruden is a sales person who provides false information in order to sell. Was promised 4 business days for shipping instead of 50 days of real delivery date. Was told they have several items in stock but reality is they have no items in stock and they have to take weeks to build it.

This site is great, there are so many different items on here. The only thing I don't like is that certain vehicles don't have certain parts, like I drive a 2018 Dodge Journey but can't get the LED's for the wheels. Other than that this is an excellent site

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
