Ordered back on 4/02/2018 Did not install right away. About a week later found back flare with a bad cut not even close to truck. Done at factory, called them took pictures sent to them and all information they required. That was 9 times ago. They replied and still nothing... Oh they promise the moon until you need to return something... Finally I said just refund me. Promises Promises I think I'm going to call BBB on them..

I have a car with a difficult figment. CarID did a food job of verifying the rims I purchased, and guaranteeing when all was said and dome I was going to be happy. Good prices also.
I found myself on CARiD to buy a carbon fiber hood for my car because another company didn't have it in stock and I would take 8-10 weeks. I ended up having more hood options on Carid and saved money. While I was on Carid, I ended up buying. New brake kit for my car as well. They have a very good selection of products at good prices. Customer service was also very helpful. I will continue to purchase from CARiD.

After 5 days of the only communication being that they are "sorry I don't have my order and they still have no idea where it is" I cancel the order, I then get a cancellation confirmation from (*******@carid.com) and to be safe I disputed the charge with Amex.
Next I get another email from Alison Rhodes telling me the item could have shipped but as they cannot get in contact with the manufacturer they still have no clue if my order was ever made or shipped?
I call the number she left and get two different people who are still clueless, but the last rep started to hassle me and told me I would only get a "Store Credit" and I wouldn't even get that unless I closed my dispute with Amex. I immediately called Amex and notified them of this extortion and was told not to worry and not to close the claim as Amex would protect me.
This is turning into a nightmare!

I spent over $1,700.00 with these clowns and when I went to see where my order was, the tracking function provided no information, so I got on Chat with them and they had no clue where my shipment was and blamed the manufacturer telling me it would take 1 - 4 days to get a response. If I had understood that this is just a boiler room sales force I never would have ordered from them.

Ridiculous operation that is made up of nothing more than a call center boiler room - wouldn't be surprised if they also double as a phone sex call center - better than folks walking the streets I guess.
The manufacturing companies they work with are no better - not sure who runs the business - they will simply take the next call.
Unbelievable lack of service - have no skill sets other than to sell sell sell regardless of whether they can deliver what a terrible reflection of American business conduct.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
