I bought wheels with tires already mounted. Well 2 of the wheels are on backwards. 2 tires shops I went to (1 that Carid told me to go to) both said when they flip the tires correctly that there is 50/50 shot in there being marks in the tires. All the customer service reps and the manage Jason say this is not their problem.
Never order from this place. If this was tire rack they would have owned their mistake and correct the issue making sure I got the product I purchased.

I ordered a toolbox for my truck as you can see on this site there is a filter to search parts i did and they sent me a tool box 6 inches to wide. I ordered front and rear floor mats for my son's car. I received the two for the front, but only one for the rear. I telephoned the company and spoke to two representatives after holding for too long. There offer was a $15gift card. That was fine. But they want to charge me over$13 for shipping and taxes. On a $13 item. Now this was there mistake and they wanted me to pay what the one item cost in fees. I told them no thanks. Then the representative placed me on hold and said his supervisor said pay $10. Again I said no thanks. What has happened to customer service? If I had made the mistake I would have paid period! Ordered a set of rain deflectors for my car, they initally sent me the wrong size for the rear. I reached out and had to send a picture to verify and they blamed the manufacturer even though everything on their website stated opposite of what they said over the phone. I get the replacement ones in and the top of the window scrapes the deflector leaving scratches everywhere. I call them for a refund and they spin me in circles for a half hour to only tell me to call the manufacturer for installation tips. No refund was givin on an order of $100+ and they just simply ignored my request. They messed up twice and put all the blame on the "manufacturer". I just want my money back and to never deal with this company again, but know I will never get it. They are in brand new condition with the box they shipped in but they dont care!

Long story so I'm not gonna explain it Because it's too much but I've been in law-enforcement and still am in law-enforcement I was a police officer for 13 years I was in Military for six years this place after I found out what it is it's a small little call center that treats you like crap once you buy the item this is the worst third-party middleman scam I've ever seen in my life they don't have parts there they buy from distributors they might call O'Reilly's to get your part stay away from these people if you want anything from duraflex. All they do is called extreme dimensions that's a distributor for duraflex there in California they'll take your order directly and you'll get it cheaper in the shipping will be cheaper going directly through them this place is a scam they're trying to make me wait 10 days for a refund this is the trashiest place I've ever seen in my life I am currently working on having open

CARID does not confirm the availability of the products they list for sale! Understand this fact if you actually need the product(s) you hope to order from their suppliers. I placed a direct order via their call in order process with Franco (I did not use the online system) I was inquiring about a product listed as out of stock (front brake pads). The rear pads were listed as in stock on the CARID website. I asked him for an estimated time for delivery for the out of stock front brake pads. After a 10+ minute hold, he stated the manufacturer had one item left in stock and was able to ship the product immediately along with the rear pads. Fantastic, but this was simply false. Moreover, when half of my order shipped, I immediately called CARID and they informed the second half of my shipment would process within 24hrs. Again, simply false. I phoned them after I did not receive the appropriate shipment notice and was then told the front pads were out of stock. They provided a non-guarenteed ship date of 14+ days. Their customer service manager stated my options were to either cancel the order for the front brake pads or wait for the undetermined amount of time. Of course, I ordered both front and rear sets because I needed both sets of pads. A rude attitude from the manager, basically conveying they do not care about any single customer, horrible customer service from start to finish, and completely dishonest business practices. I will never place another order with this company. I suggest you do the same unless you want them to hold your payment until they feel like providing the products you ordered. Simply unacceptable!

I purchased a 3rd breaklight from CARiD. I installed the light. 2 days later I noticed the white lights never turn off. On closer inspection I noticed the plastic on the inside was broke around the screw. 2 seperate issues. I called and asked if I could return the product. I sent pictures of the product for them to review. They agreed that it was defective and would send a shipping label. 3 days later I got a message saying they will not return the product. They offered me a $25 dollar gift card for having to deal with their poor customer service rep. They then offered me a $10 gift card because they were "sorry" but never emailed them to me. I called, upset of course. And they offered me another $15 gift card. They sent the $15 and literally refuse to send the other ones saying they sent the 15 in exchange for the others. I didnt ask for any of them. They offered them to me. This is an $80 light. Not really a big deal to be honest but the poor customer service and lack of care for the client is what makes it a big deal. In the past 2 months I've spent $400 with them not including this light. I'm letting everyone know to be aware that if something goes wrong with their product they dont care.

In November of 2019 I purchased over $3000. 00 worth of tires and rims. They came with "programable" valve stems. I have had issues with the valve stems since i put the tires on in January of 2020. They wont auto learn and no one has been able to program them. I called CARiD and their customer service was horrible. I called 5 times and spoke to a different person every time. EVERY ONE OF THEM was absolutely rude, insulting, called me a liar, and completely talked over me. They ALL did this. I believe that they are trained to act like this to frustrate you and avoid the situation. They were all so rude that I will never use this company again. They try to avoid their issues and faulty equipment and put the blame on you. They actually wanted me to get a note from my mommy(mechanic) like I was 6 to prove I wasn't lying. My mechanic just laughed at me. So what will I do? I guess live with the faulty valve stems that they won't replace, change them out when I get new tires in two years and NEVER AGAIN USE CARiD. Take my advice and buy on another site. If you have issues at least you won't be treated like you are a lessor person and insulted continually by a host of "customer service" reps. I'm done with this company and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau along With the Attorney Generals Office.

I ordered spoiler for my car back in January 2020 and still going back and forth to get my refund. Part came with dents, scratches and broken parts. I had paid additional for shipping which was ridiculous. Rep. Told me that they cannot give me back shipping fees and on top of that I would have to pay additional shipping for sending the product back. Please do not buy from this website. The managers are not helpful at all. They will make sure that they do not have to give you refund back. Manager told me that the part comes with minor dents and scratches and that's what their website states. Why in the world would anyone want dent or scratched up part while paying so much, I rather go to junkyard and get it for less.

SCAM ALERT... SCAM..., I placed an order for a front bumper on January 28,2020. I received a letter from carid's shipper YRC on Feb 20th, 2020 stating they need to contact me prior to delivery. The letter was dated Feb 14,2020, and clearly states I have 10 days from the notice date to make arrangements to obtain my goods. Upon calling the freight company, I learned YRC already scrapped my bumper on Feb 14,2020. I called CARID and was told my bumper was already sent to salvage and I lost my $380. I explained to CARID that the notice states I have 10 days from the notice date (Feb 14,2020) and it has only been 6 days. Carid was absolutely no help and would not contact their shipper, replace the product, or issue a refund. I have no proof Carid actually sent the product. Carid claimed they send me an email explaining I need to contact the shipper. Funny, I never received any emails regarding any issues with shipping! HUGE SCAM... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered this 4" lift from CARiD - decided I wanted to go with a different size before I even opened the product. Contacted CARiD to exchange it. Had to ship the lift back at MY expense ($130 worth of shipping) and they made sure in BOLD that the package was insured with a tracking #. Did my part, paid the shipping, insured it, shipped it back in the UNOPENED and ORIGINAL shipping box from CARiD. Took something like 3 or 4 days after I was notified that they received it for them to tell me that it arrived "damaged." Requested photos and a list of the damaged parts so that I could file a UPS claim (which takes 8-10 weeks to resolve). Waited another 5-7 days for the photos, nothing was damaged OR missing. Still didn't have the list, waited another 3 days for the list of items damaged (I was told they couldn't reach their MANUFACTURER to get the list). I finally got the list and there were 2 small brackets and 1 bolt missing (which are pictured and not damaged as previously stated and probably a $7 total value). CARiD has done NOTHING but disappoint me, talk down to me, and keep my money for a fully returned part while making me, the customer, file a UPS claim that they can collect on and turn around and replace the BOLT out of my over $3000 order and re-sell the lift. I would be incredibly wary about ordering from this company. I placed my order on Jan 15. It is now February 20 and CARiD still has my money and my part. Oh by the way, they offered a $20 gift card to me to "smooth the situation."

Purchased a set of wheels and tires. These wheels were completely assembled and tires mounted before shipping. I received them and noticed a screw laying on the pallet they were on. It was one of the screws that hold-on the caps. After checking them all, on one wheel 3 of the screws the threads were pulled. I'm sure the tech used a screw gun when assembling. I called and sent pictures to carid so they could ship me out and wheel to swap out. They told me since the wheel was installed and clearly I stripped out the screw when installing the couldn't not send a replacement. I could use a local shop to have the wheel repaired with a heli coil at my expense. WOW. After spending 3500. 00 with this company!

I am a college student trying to make it by with and old car. I needed a rack and pinion and found a refurbished one for $167 with a core deposit of $86. Not bad... till I went back in right after I bought it to fine they replace the one I bought with a brand new rack and pinion for $150 with a core deposit of $125! I contacted them to see if there was anything I could do to get that price and pretty much told me, $#*! out of luck should have waited... I could have saved that extra money that I really did have! Or use it for gas or food.

I think they must broker out orders. I ordered an expensive AGM race battery. Was shipped to me from 3rd party. 2 Months later it was totally dead. Filed for warranty replacement. They ask for proof including testing under load by third party and video illustrating the problem. How do you test a totally dead battery under load. I provided video and test by batteries plus. Make a long story short, three more times they asked for additional information, I supplied requested information, but they kept asking for more. I finally gave up and told them I planned to warn others of their poor service and failure to stand behind what they sell.
