I order tail light left side with chrome outside n inside with chrome! It took me 3 weeks to decided to order or not! I did I call customer service to double check n which they provide the right picture n description... shipping was fast I got mine order but they got me the wrong one! I call customer n they try to blame me ask me to return n I have to pay the shipping n I have to pay extra to get new part! Why am I have to pay for the return and pay extra and plus saying that I order the wrong one WHY did u put the wrong # of the part then? And now I have to wait 24 hours to figures out when I send you the prove with picture and everything! You see the first picture that what they shipped to me and the second picture that what I order! I hope they figured out or I go over the top!

I have ordered products from this company three times. The Items they sell do you arrive in good condition. The problem is if you need to return an item because it doesn't fit well or it's the wrong color or because you realize you just don't need it this company will not allow you to do so. Their policy states that you can return an item for 30 days regardless of reason if it is in new condition. But this is untrue. They will ask you to send pictures of the item. And on the two returns that I attempted to make which were both new in the package they wanted pictures and then once those were sent they wanted more pictures and even asked me a third time for even more pictures. Finally they just refuse the return. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. I am a physician and this is been ours an hours of endless pain trying to return a perfectly new product to a company that just doesn't seem to care And who furthermore works very hard to make sure that you cannot do so. It's not worth saving a nickel using them. Because if you need to and we often do need to return things but online you will be really stuck.

I ordered an intake from carid. They took funds out of my account but it said the payment declined once I got to checkout. I called spoke with an rep who stated the payment never was accepted on their end and to contact my bank. I contacted the bank an they wanted to know what was the transaction # because the funds were definitely taken frm my account so I call carid back get another rep on the line who states she see my funds were taken away but doesn't know why it declined. I asked for my funds back on my card she says 1-2 business days and goes to say I can order the part again with another method of payment. I ever. Spoke with an supervisor who advised me of the same thing. I will never order from them ever again! Horrible horrible horrible.

The charge is a two-step process which consists of an authorization (which is often confused with a charge) and charge itself. When the translation is declined, it means that the funds were authorized, but for some reason, never charged. If the translation is failed, the reverse of the authorization (return of funds) will happen within up to 3 business days from the day of the transaction.

I purchased a Curt ******* TruTrack hitch through CARiD.com that was advertised with free shipping. Three days after the order was placed, CARiD e-mailed me requesting more money to cover the shipping cost. After speaking on the phone with customer service for over an hour, they attempted to blame me for not entering my zip code. After I convinced them that a zip code is required to place the order, they refused to honor the free shipping that is still advertised on their website. After I stated that I wanted a refund, they offered me store credit! I turned down their offer for store credit and am waiting for the refund on my card.

I bought in-channel window gaurds, when im told things should fit or its a custom exact fit nothing should be bowing out or one end bigger than other. Customers service is a joke. Told them product doesn't fit, they 5 support members want to argue thats its the correct part. I have about 10 emails hoing back and forth sent my vin they argued it was the wrong vin, sent a pic of the vin still wrong until i said check your work. O sorry. Just dont buy from them avoid if all possible.

I ordered visors for my car, they came damaged. I sent them pictures on their request. Their response was the dented molding and crack on one of the visors wasn't enough damage to constitute a return. Basically buy their overpriced cheap crap at your own risk. As we all know people who assesserise their cars don't put damaged accessories on their cars. I threw them in the garage. People please don't deal with these dishonest creeps. Pay a little more and buy a quality product from the dealer.

Ordered a an AC line, arrived quickly, didn't get a chance to replace it until 30 days had passed. Turns out it's the wrong part, looks right, their system says it's correct, but it is for a different engine, same truck. Now I'm out $53.00 and stuck with a useless part that they won't exchange because it's over 30 days since purchase. Avoid these clowns, crappy customer service even when they screw up.

Ordered a Premier Covercraft custom sun shade for my car on March 27 and the ordered was processed. Paid a total of $92.19. As of April 13, it still has not left their warehouse for shipping. Looks like a scam. Would never reorder anything from CARid again.

I ordered a pair of Spyder headlights on 12/18/219 for my son as a Christmas present and gave CARid the vin# to insure the correct part. They informed me on 12/20/2019 that the headlights are on backorder and would be shipped on 01/13/2020. Instead of canceling the order, we worked with CARid and agreed to receive the parts on 01/13/2020. On 01/14/2020 we were told that the new ship date would be 02/10/2020. We received the headlamps for the car on 03/02/2020. In dealing with getting our son home from college and the Covid shutdown of our business, we discovered in mid March that CARid sent the wrong headlamps and they will not fit the car. Because we passed the 30 day return period, they are refusing to allow us to return the part for a refund. I agree with Bill P. Regarding his review on 01/22/2020, let the buyer BEWARE WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER. Never Again!

I ordered an Exhaust Header a week and a half ago. I was provided shipping details and it was supposed to be delivered in Colorado by Friday. ON Friday, it was delivered to the incorrect adress in New Jersey. When I called a representative from customer service on Friday, I was told that they would ship the part directly from their warehouse the next day and I would be provided with shipping details that day. Days passed and it was Monday, no shipping details, no updates, no anything. I called and was told that they were very sorry and they would ship it that day from their warehouse. I let time pass and there were no updates. I called Thursday and I was told that they weren't going to ship it from there warehouse until the original package that was messed up arrived at it from the incorrect address. I called today to try to get a refund, but they told me that the package had arrived at their warehouse and was now on the way to me, even though I wasn't provided with new shipping details, and the old ones were not updated. I paid $35 for shipping and it has gotten incredibly messed up. I will never order from this company again and wish they would let me return it for full price and for the insanely high shipping cost.

I should have read the reviews but I became a victim. I don't understand how this place is still in business. I spent over $2000 on a wheel and tire package and 2 of the 4-tires were bad. I was told by CARiD to have the tires balanced not only did I have them balanced at the Chevy dealership I had all the tires road forced balanced and was told 2 tires are bad. Keep in mind I paid CARiD for mounting and balance of the tires. I contacted a carid rep and was told Thank you for submitting the images. I have forward them to the manufacture for review, please allow 3-5 business days for a follow up response on this request, thank you! 6 days later with no response I called and was told the tire manufacture discontinued the tires CARiD Sold me. So I was offered 2 tires similar so now I will have 2 different sets of tires on my truck. This is unacceptable any good company would replace all of the tires. I was also told I would have to pay for shipping and labor to replace the bad tires CARiD sold me. I have been a Auto-technician for many years and purchase a lot parts online but this is unacceptable in so many ways. The customer service agent misrepresented and sold me parts that were not what was requested.
The free shipping on all four items, switched to shipping added to one of the four items on the final checkout screen.
They promised a full refund, and said they would email me a return label, but they never sent the return label.

I wish would had have more careful before purchase. Overall a nice replica but with many imperfections. The bumper came in very protected, however there is no way to have it installed because the missing clips to hold it with the original upper section. Also, it doesn't came up with lower grill as the original, there are no supports for the fog lights, so definitely is required the assistance of an expertise to make things work out, in my case, 4 months now since I bought it and still unable to find a qualify place to fix it, plus the extra labor I'll have to pay for detailing and painting... I paid almost $450 total to import it to my country. I prefer to stay away from this website before get the rear one. ORDER #*******. They don't even allow my review to show up at their site.
*** On April 6th they reply back they have received a confirmation from the manufacturer that this product does not come with the clips and since this is an aftermarket product, it lacks some of the OEM features. They offered a $40 "compensation applicable in my next purchase", however I declined it as I'll never buy anything there***.

Not very happy, I placed an order today while chatting with someone. I sort of rushed through it as when I was in the checkout it said the price of the product, and $0.00 for shipping. I figured that was the final amount and checked out with paypal. I rushed through paypal and ended up not noticing $11 for shipping, I still had the chat session open and asked him quickly to cancel the order. He said it may or may not cancel and IF it does I will get refunded in 3-5 business days. I have a hard time believing that they cant cancel an order that was placed under a minute before hand. I just feel swindled by this company and will not be doing business with them again.

Odered corner lights for my 1994 pickup according to their description on their website of the year and model they fit. Got the lights and they were the wrong ones. Even the box they were contained in were labeled for different years and models. Had to send pictures of my orginals and the label on the box to get a return label for a refund. 24-48 hours before a return shipping label would be sent out. 72 hours later no return shipping label. Called CARID, they said they had not gotten a return label from the manufactor. WHAT! This was CARIDs fault. Why do I have to wait for the manufactor. Customer service is over seas. Do not talk good english. Stay away from this company!

Ordered headlights that were cracked made multiple calls for help and got run around. The customer service is not located in the USA and they seem to no nothing about cars. Stay far away from this site, there are better one, s out there that actually care.
