This has been my first time using Carid. I ordered 6 items on June 28. It is now July 31 and I have only received 2 items just within the past week. One order shipped to a completely wrong address... my invoice was correct but they shipped it 2500 miles away. I'm the only reason that the company even noticed the issue(on 1500$ rims). Things estimated to ship have never shipped. When I asked for updates no one responds. I probably wouldn't recommend this company nor use them again
They are a joke. Ran by a bunch of jokes. F this company. They don't care about your business and it shows. Gave me the wrong part in a destroyed reused box and trying to tell me they'll try and call the manufacturer. Unbelievable

Do not order items over $500 with this company because when SHZT go wrong you end up losing and still have no merchandise. Long wait times to CS then when you get someone on the phone they give you the runaround. If a item shipped, it shipped! The response should be we did not get the tracking number when the distributor sent the items from the warehouse! Furthermore, you have no phone numbers to escalate anything regarding my order!

Good luck ever trying to get ahold of them. They will not call you back. They will not return your emails. Update: trying to get a refund for a set of headlights they sold me that were sold out. Waited on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes before they answered my call only to put me on hold once again. Do not recommend at all.

Ordered 2 rocker panels for supercab ford. They sent me 1 reg cab ford rocker and 1 reg cab dodge truck rocker. WTF! Ive tried calling multiple times to set up exchange or refund they just leave you on hold with an annoying voiceover. Been on hold twice over an hour and gave up, so attempted to do an online exchange. Got a generic confirmation email saying my request was submitted and thats been over a week ago. Still waiting to hear back.

One more of these companies not to trust. Don't Liers. And horrible customer service. They boast a best price guarantee but when I brought them a part that was being sold somewhere else for $300 less they did not honor their word to sell it for that price. Just sent endless groundless excuses "trying" to invent a reason as to why they shouldn't honor it, their employees don't return calls so really a huge waste of the customer's time to no avail. Much better invest your time in buying from another company, at the end with the time lost it will come cheaper to you

Placed an online order with them for some rims, tools, and wheel locks. The last 2 items shipped with no problem. 2 days after my order I got a email stating my Rims SHIPPED. I look up the tracking info the following day only to learn a "label CREATED". I contacted them & confirmed order hadn't shipped & wouldn't ship until 1 1/2 weeks later. They refused my refund request & offered a $50-75 discount on a $1k+ order. Not too mention was very rude & confrontational. So much for the "customer's always right" philosophy. NEVER again!

I ordered a set of wheels said they would ship the following Tuesday and they never did so I called and was told they were on back order until August fifth few days later got another email saying now on backorder until August 10th so feeling like I've been scammed I called the manufacturer directly to confirm my order they said they had my order and would send it that day to CARiD's warehouse so the next day I called wheel specialist they said yes we received your wheels they will ship out in three to five days well today being the fifth day I called this morning to confirm they would ship was told yes I will be receiving tracking number today didn't happen I called again they said I have to now wait 2-3 days just for an update on my order and estimated shipping date is now back to August tenth what a joke stay away from this company DO NOT order from CARiD I feel I have been scammed if I receive my order I will post when on my review

I placed an order on May 04,2020 for a total of around $225. After numerous "shipping delays" Between June and July, I decided to switch to a different product as this was supposed to be a Father's Day gift for my husband. I spent 48 minutes on hold before I was able to speak with an agent (Mike Roa) who "assisted" me in the item change request and assured me that the item I was switching to was in stock. There was a slight price increase for the new product so I was emailed a PayPal invoice for the difference. I paid immediately (within an hour of receiving). It's now been 4 days since I paid the difference so I called for an update. The new item is now showing out of stock and I'm $300 and 3 months in with no item, no resolution and no refund. Absolute WORST car part website and customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This organization is impossible to get a hold of. When I finally got thru, an agent in the Phillipines botched my cancellation. I don't think she even knew what a trailer hitch was. When I received my cancelled order, it was bursting through the box, with no protective packaging, it was for a FORD 150 and I have a Range Rover. It had been shipped from a THIRD party, unaffiliated with CarID. There were NO installation instructions. I waited for literally 30 minutes on a call waiting... never got through. I managed my return on CHAT... still waiting for my refund.

I received my rear wing spoiler damaged in shipping. I notified the company, they agreed to pick up the damaged part and replaced it with another. I asked that it be expedited based on the situation... they were a little reluctant but then agreed to next day it for me. The next day turn to three days then seven day. I called to find out what was the delay. They apologized and told me it's in route. Later the next day I received an email that read your rear wing is on back order. Will you like to continue this item order or cancel. I was not sure what to think at this point after spending a total $4000. 00 plus on parts wheels and tires. Bottom line this company was not consistent with the info they provided and they were very quick to reply with dead end order updates thats always prompted no reply. Please contact customer service.

I have ordered a number of items from these guys. The last item I ordered was shipped to me but they forgot to attach an invoice to it so it was returned to them and it took 14 days of constant badgering on my part to try and get them to reship the item to me with NO success! I finally cancelled the order and I tried several times to speak to someone on the phone which is near impossible. They refer you to their live chat so called customer care specialists that don't know $#*! from clay! I would not deal with these ever again. Very frustrating!

I ordered on the 11th. I purchase tires and rims. I was told they would take 5 to 7 business days. Because of covid-19 it would take longer. After reading all the reviews I'm scared I made a bad decision. I ordered from a lot of different companies and I've never waited this long. I had someone name Nicole email me about the situation and said I only did it on the 11th. I should of stuck with Amazon. They always fix things when you have problems. EBay sucks too. I tried to order 2 fender liners for my truck priced at 30.00 usd each. The initial screen showed shipping cost of zero. After credit card info was entered in and one click away from submitting the order the shipping jumped to 170.00 dollars. These parts weigh less than 1\2 lb. Had I not payed attention I would have paid over 230.00 and had the parts installed by the time the bank statement arrived. This is a dirty practice that takes advantage of people familiar with using reputable websites that calculate shipping and alert the consumer of the fee's. What they are doing should be criminal.

After adding the parts to the cart you put the shipping address. The system not just calculates the shipping cost and tax, it also checks the nearest location all the parts are available at. When the address is filled in, it shows the subtotals for the item, shipping, tax separately and the grand total. If the total does not work for you, the order is not processed, no fee is hidden. You can either close the page or go back to your shopping cart.
Only if the grand total works you can proceed with order and be redirected to the page where the payment information is required. I bought suspension parts May 5 2020 and told 100% they would fit. My order came and they didnt fit. My mechanic sent pictures( that were requested by caid) showing the issue and we never got a response. We requested a refund and this is june 18. They had to send 2 shipping labels and the one package has been accepted july 6 2020 The other package is sitting in florida since july 6 with a wrong address. Ive contacted carid over 20 times trying to get this fixed. All thats needed is carid to contact ups give an updated address. Keep in mind these shipping labels came from carid the address came from them. They are blaming UPS. No accountability from this company. I have chat sessions saying I will get 100% refund and wait 48hrs. Here I sit and no parts no refund. People steer clear of this company people. I wish I could give them 0 stars

Had to call customer service 3x so far:
1) when preparing my order there was no delivery listed in my Orde summary prior to submitting payment, Customer service was little help
2) when I received my order it didn't include instructions on returning parts for score deposit of $95.52 and a shipping email was not sent as promised online, this was Tuesday night a week after placing my order. I was told to expect an email by Friday
3)Saturday I talked to customer service again, was told to be patient waiting for email... was not given date to expect email.
I'm convinced they stole my $95.52 core deposit, don't be like me and go here for the low prices... they will draw you in with low prices and then tack on ridiculous shipping cost and fake core deposits and when it's all said and done you will end up paying the same for a company that offers terrible customer service...
