First of all I'd like to say that I don't really want to write this review as my issue with this company still hasn't been resolved.
With that being said, here I go.
I ordered a rotor and pad combination for my 2012 Challenger SXT Plus. I received my packages within a week and I paid a certified mechanic to install them for me. Which was hard to find in itself as most brake shops don't install parts not purchased from their shop.
After installing the rears the mechanic informs me that the fronts are the wrong part for my vehicle! My car has dual piston calipers on the the front per the SXT Plus indicates.
I contact CARiD and let them know what has happened and that I'd like to return the wrong front brake parts for the correct parts.
They have me take pictures of the parts, the tags, and the box as if to verify my items I guess.
Now mind you, I ordered this kit from their website on July 26,2020 and received it July 31,2020.
The customer service department tells me that they can't reach Powerstop at this time to verify the right parts because they are closed but give them 24-48 hours and they will have an answer about my issue/return.
I initiated this process on 8/7/2020 as it took me about 3 days to find and schedule my brake job.
After numerous telephone calls that I had to make to them, and numerous times them telling me to give them 24-48 hours to receive and send emails to Powerstop. After them supposedly trying to call Powerstop to verify a return status( side note: I called Powerstop and got right through), it's 8/24/2020 and I still don't have any return confirmation from CARiD! And to make matters worse I went ahead and purchased the correct item from CARiD on 8/21/2020 just so I can complete my car.
This just doesn't sit well with me and I would NEVER recommend CARid to anyone!

I ordered a bike rack over a moth ago. When it arrived, the box was missing tape and was semi open(not secure). Of course the side straps of the bike rack was missing. The quality of the bike rack was not great either. Before I purchased the bike rack from CarID I read their Easy Return(joke) policy and figured I'd fill out a form and return it with no problems. That was not the case.
I've tried following the return steps on CarId website, but doesn't work. I then called and sat on hold for almost an hour while someone tells you a bunch of information about the hoover dam and the state of Nevada. Then i see they have a chat feature, but everytime I sign in, im like the 25th person in line. Then I email them. I get a response pretty quickly, and we've been emailing back and forth. I thought I was getting somewhere finally, but just realize that I'm not getting anywhere and they are asking me to send pictures, just like I did in the beginning. Im now on the 3rd week of emails with CarID and I'm still in the same situation.
I'm out over 250.00 for a bike rack I can't use.
This is the worst experience I've ever had. I will never buy from this company again.

Two weeks ago I requested a Return Authorization on a wheel that was not the correct match for my vehicle. I was told, i would receive a confirmation email along with RMA and Printable UPS label for the return shipment. Neither has arrived. Called Customer Service again today, was transferred to a part of business that would not allow you to speak with a customer service agent. So far this experience has required 3 phone calls back to CARID, still no resolution, and no I am waiting again for a call back. There are lots of options for this type of merchandise on the internet, run far away from this one as fast as you can.

Ridiculously bad customer experience for an online platform; Started with a phone order riddled with typos for the delivery address, spoke with sales associate who suggested that address would be updated by billing. After no updates/ corrections for the day, I came across the slew of negative experiences/ reviews and canceled the order online & on phone. There too, no updates or confirmation after 4 business days and 3 calls to customer service. Now speaking with my financial institution to cancel the transaction... havent had such an experience in the past decade... Stay away/ run the other way from Carid.com

Ordered my wheels and tires a over a month ago with a ship date of 08/13 with a lift kit and air bags (from another logistics company but thats a whole other story) to coincide with the very little time i had off work, my shipping date along with my extra rime have come and gone and cant even get a status update on my order.
I called customer servive and after waiting om hold for an hour ( my entire lunch break)was told they would send me an email with tracking numbers, it has been 2 days and still no email.
Their knowledge of Automotive parts is decent but customer service is lacking

Saga begins 6/26. Order placed. Order billed on 7/7 with NO TRACKING. Order finally arrives 7/26 after multiple inquiries. 7/29 at dealership for install and find tires mounted incorrectly. 3 Left, 1 Right. 7/30 discover wrong mounting kit sent. $148 later we get that corrected. Jump to 8/21, multiple TPMS errors only to find there are NO sensors, bam another $298 to correct. The only thing they have done is issue a $50 credit. RIDICULOUS! Order #******* And here I sit waiting once again for a return call!

Tried to get a refund because the product I ordered was out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock for a while. I emailed them and called them many times. Took almost 2 months for me to get a refund. I will never again go through them. Absolute worst business I've ever gone through

Talk about an nightmare experience. I ordered several parts for my car. The guy who took my order was great. He was very helpful. However, the order didn't come for 2 weeks and I only received 1/2 of it. I called and they said I would get an e-mail in 48-72 hours. It never came so I called again. They said I would get an e-mail by a certain day. I waited an extra day and still no e-mail. I called and the guy started telling me that I had to wait 48 to 72 hours. This was nearing a month. I told him it was unacceptable and I wanted to talk with a supervisor. None were available. I asked him why it kept getting delayed. He emailed the supplier and received an e-mail in return that their contact was on leave with no return date. He said that was his only contact for that supplier. I decided to cancel the order. They said the order could still come to my house because it takes them 72 hours to cancel their orders. Guess what came to my house today? Their f-n order. I was supposed to get a tracking number. It never came. This place needs to get their processes together. Now I have to pay shipping to return it to them and they are going to deduct the cost of shipping the canceled order to me. What a terrible company!

I ordered the same parts twice the first order was never processed the second order was recieved then canceled apparently by my request>>>>> My truck has been waiting for 7 Days for these parts in a repair shop i didnt cancel my order.
Then I called to get my order straightened out couldn't get any help that was worth trying to talk to. No wonder orders are canceled and unprocessed I don't recommend this company by from someone that is family owned with customer service.

Becareful before you order. Their return policy sucks and you may be stuck with items your not satisfied with and have to pay fees.

In my opinion, this Company does not have easy returns. To make a long story short, we have been trying to return a tool box for two weeks, you can never get through on the phone, they send you an email that they will respond in 24-48 hours and never respond. We have held on the phone for an hour and no one answers, we have spoken to representatives that say they will call you back and never do. When you write a bad review the respond with an email that they will resolve in 24-48 hours and then you never hear from them again and then someone else in the Company sends you the same email and then they never get back with you. We are talking about a tool box we ordered on June 9,2020, first one didn't fit as they indicated it would, ordered another one which didn't arrive till July 31 +/- and it didn't fit either, they said it would for sure, we have been trying to return the item ever since and get a refund. Says easy returns on website, this has not been our experience, first of all when you hit return, you think you will just get a label like amazon and all the others but no you have to call them, and then no one answers the phone or returns your calls if you leave a message. We have dealt with no less than 5 people and none of them so far have done anything. We finally resorted to finding and calling the actual manufacturer and they will take the tool box back directly but we still have the battle of getting our money back. MFG has agreed to help us, they are amazing. CARD ID, as far as I can see seems to be just a middleman, I do not think they actually have the tool box at their location, I think they order and then the manufacture ships directly to you. It would be cheaper to just order from the manufacturer or one of their dealers rather than go through this Company, we where charged a total of $543.82 for the same tool box Home Depot has for $360.00, they charged us $183.82 more than if we had just purchased from Home Depot. Husband need tool box for work but after two months of trying to get the right one from CARID, he went and bought one from Lowe's for $287.00 (ended up with a different type) so now we have spent $830.82, for a tool box that would have cost $360.00 in the first place. NEVER AGAIN, BEWARE.

I ordered floor mats for two cars and a customer car cover and they only sent part of my order. I ordered in June, received car cover and only front car mats for one car. One car, front and back car mats were suppose to be sent in July and never received, other car have not received second and third row mats nor cargo mat. One email received from them said the manufacture had to make them, that day has past and still no mats. So I called the manufacture up myself and they said they were in stock and how many. I've emailed and called many times and all they say is that we will check on it and get back with you. It's mid August now and still nothing. Beware of this company!

I decided to take a chance, ignore the negative reviews, and order from this company. Terrible mistake. In four phone calls, I have been on hold over 3.5 hours, promised my order would arrive on time on 3 of the phone calls. Even though they advertised free shipping over a certain dollar amount ordered. I was still billed 100 for shipping. I decided to take a chancer an pay for shipping any way, since the total came to be what a competitor quoted me for a similar item. I am on week 3 of this ordeal and still no tracking number. Ordered seat covers n steering wheel cover with guaranteed fitment. After waiting a month and a half products don't come close to fitting! They either sent wrong covers or lied about fit. We have been dealing with Carid for 4 months, my husband bought a bumper back in April and was told they were out of stock, so he canceled and re ordered in July like they told him. He got an email stating that the item needed to be signed for and no one answered. A call or tracking was never given. He paid $347 and they charged for the shipping so he only got back $100. Then the next line of the email they say out of stock. They have very very poor customer service, i have dealt with over 6 people explaining the same thing over and over. BIG TIME SCAM ARTIST. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
