I ordered a part which said it fit my vehicle it didn't I called customer service spent an exorbitant amount of time on the phone with him. Had to email him photos showing why it didn't fit. Had to call him back after proving it didn't fit. He said it would take 24 hours to get a return label and it's been three days and I still haven't seen or heard anything about return label so I guess I should just challenge it on my credit card.

I received my order two days later then it was supposed to deliver which delayed the mechanic in fixing it. When it showed up, the box was crushed and dented and re-taped several times it was missing the clamps and the muffler was dented. I was not happy at all!

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
