This site is set up horribly - not friendly at all. Things are constantly being deleted at random. And there's no customer service. I've had ads placed for over a year and only found one person in all that time. Plus, they aren't cheap.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! You would need to enroll in a new account! I would recommend closing the current account you have as you cannot switch between searching for a caregiver and searching for jobs. Once you have closed the account, please go to Care.com and click I need a job and create a new profile there :)

It took a minimum of 15 attemps for your site to accept a credit card. I tried using several cards and everyone refused due to expiration date of cards which are in future. Very aggravating and then your chat option with a rep is no where to be found.

I had to hunt around to find how to contact you. I have a job posting that crosses a few categories. My job posting was rejected with a standard canned reply that sent me to a help generic help article. It is unclear to me what was in violation of guidelines. I'm working harder than I'd like to even get this up and running.
