Great everything but the addon charges post-signing up for membership is sneaky. And why do I need a background check if the caregivers are fully-vetted? For "peace of mind"? Seems unnecessary and an extra charge.

Was good until it was not.

We have been customers of theirs for years. We found some good care givers and good house cleaners over the years. During recent interviews one potential nanny openly was hostile towards my spouse, being a disabled vet, their religion, and the fact that both of us are in careers that protect, save, and house neglected/abused children. Now we are banned with no reason, no recourse. For what? Hearsay, defamation? We don't know. So the people who were discriminated against on the basis of disability, religion and other reasons gets banned for who knows. A company that promotes and glorifies Nazi like behavior should be avoided. Hopefully this review can go back to being a five star review, but with their track record of dismal customer service... it is unlikely.

Experience was good. Even though I purchased the Background Check service, I'm not sure how much info that will give me, particularly since I'd have to run my own CORI check. Maybe increase the cost of this service and include a CORI check.

Very inflexible format especially regarding pay being offered and times required.
We are paying $235/day and not by hour. We need someone from 12:30pm to the next day at 12:30pm. Your format does not allow me to indicate that.
