System doesn't allow me to update default search settings. I created this account years ago for pet sitting in a different zip code, but now I'm looking for childcare in a completely different zip code. It would be nice to not have to change the search bar literally every time I open a new page.

Also, the site is confusing to navigate. When does my job posting go up? How can I view it? What does it look like from the caregiver-side? This system is more than a little opaque, and that makes me feel weary.

Website works well, but the Android app (on Android OS version 9) has some bugs (error uploading images, date/time selection when creating a booking resets the start time). Also, you should provide more warning about paywalls- letting people create jobs but requiring them to pay to select someone for those jobs is difficult for caregivers who don't know that the job may never fill.

It's too pricey just to find and chat with candidates. I had more progress just making a post on social media and friends referring me to people they knew. The two applications I got from here, the people didn't even respond to my messages and they had zero reviews. Seems like a waste of money to me.

Not worth it

Used it for year. No success looking for in home care giver to infant.
Company-you can't get ahold of anyone no phone, email. Even if you cancel on time get stuck paying for year with no recourse.
Service- Care giver postings people don't respond, are flighty, actual interviews people looking for highest bidder and best most convenient schedule for them. You can't actually get back grounds done unless person agrees which appears influenced their decision to take jobs.
Waste of money.

It's been really hard to understand the pricing and what is included with a subscription. I didn't understand that I couldn't notify any caregivers with a free profile (or maybe I can? Who knows?). Also, the job posting that was automatically generated when I came to the site with a need was not great, so I'm glad I found it again after searching around my profile so I could edit it to actually make sense. :)
