The app/vs the browser version are different and confusing. I paid almost 200$ to even access your list. That provided to no background checks, no info on how my posting is doing. That costs extra. Other than a list of people the premium membership doesn't offer much. And the app is not user friendly nor intuitive

I thought this sight I could find a house keeper that cleans my home every other week. It appears your site is only to hire a full time employee or a part time employee. If I would have known this is would not have wasted my time and resources and joined as this is not what I am needing.

This website is extremely difficult to use, not sure why you even have free accounts if you can't message caregivers without upgrading? Also, I paid $25 for a care check on my account because I was unable to log in without doing so as I originally was a caregiver on care.com years ago. I am unable to switch my account and after emailing multiple times with no answer I had to make a new account with my husband's email address. On top of all of this, you have NO customer service. No live chat, no phone number. Just a really poorly run website but unfortunately, the only one of its kind.

Issues with paying for service. Payment page was down when I tried logging in several different times last week.

It had appeared that several people had responded to my post, but when I finally was able to pay and log in, there were 0 responses. Very disappointed to see as I need to find someone quickly.
