I paid the twelve dollars for the subscription, then not even an hour later they cancelled my account after they took my money. I would not recommend this site. They will take your money but not allow you to use there services or shut your account down.

I've been looking for a nanny and posted a job on care.com - They mention 24 hours for the job to be approved. It's been 7 days and the job is still not approved. I talked to their support service twice; The first one told me to reach back out to escalate the problem if the job was still not active in a few days. Second person I talked to said there is nothing I can do you just have to wait or contact people directly. You basically pay for a service that's not provided. I asked for account termination and refund but still haven't heard back from them.
