Bad scammy website.

We tried three different times to setup an account. Paid the fee which was like $50 each time. Then as soon as someone would contact us to meet up they would close our account and take our money and leave us with no way to reach the sitter. Three times, each time all we get is an email saying there is no appeal process and they do not and will not tell us why they cancelled the account. They also stole our money each time. STAY VERY FAR FROM THIS SCAMMY PLACE!

I don't think I should be paying more than $5. A month to find a part time babysitter for my kids unless I am requesting additional info such as a back ground check. I am here because I am a SAHM that needs occasional babysitting for appointments

I have reached out to 2 people to dog sit after not receiving any applications on my post. Based on the availability, I chose the 2 candidates, both of which wrote back to say that they were not available. I'm going to cancel my membership, and would appreciate a refund. Please vet your candidates better.

Need a personal assistant, doesn't quite fit the Care.com system of how they organize their website. It needs its own top-level domain, and more applicable responsibility/skills choices. Also, the filters don't seem to work properly. Clicking "non-smoker" when looking for a possible employee, doesn't produce only non-smokers, for example. Clicking "3 miles" doesn't keep results only within 3 miles. But if I can find someone to hire, those problems will be behind me.

This is a joke company I was kicked off two accounts good standing person and not a problematic person. They kick you off after you do a few months of subscriptions and charge you tones of money save your money and time and use other nanny websites this care. Combos a Ponzi scheme. Wants you sign up for free just to trial it out if you like it then if you don't subscribe your banned for life. If you had a account and don't continue subscription they ban you again for that. With the pandemic and everything going up this is a rip off.

It does not work correctly!

It does not work correctly! Constantly showing me an error message when I try and check responses. I've tried 5 times up edit and update my personal info and it will not save it. An ad I posted years ago has begun posting same I'm getting replies for it and it's not what my needs are today. Very frustrating

What is the point of setting up an account and posting that you need to hire someone if the message me and I need to JOIN to answer the message I could have used Angie or Thumbtack and possibly gotten the same result for FREE.
