I discovered CARE.COM site while I was seeking at-home instruction for my desk top computer. I was born in the first half of the 20th Century, so my computer literacy is negligible. I received notices for any number of things, but nothing about a tutor who would come to my house to work with me on my own computer. Clearly, CARE.COM is unable to respond to any request that isn't on its menu.

I normally don't write reviews like this but it has become very frustrating. $110 is not cheap and now there is no way to get in contact with a CARE SUPPORT unless I log in. Which it won't allow me to do. I've tried on different devices and all. The password is correct but it won't let me access my account. Very disappointed with Care.com I might just have to go with Sitter City
