Good search features but cannot figure out where to go for some basic info on how my care.com subscription works. Do I pay my nanny through care? What sort of benefits are offered through care, or do I provide those? Site lacks some basic details for those who are employing full time nannies.

Search results from care.com do not actually match with the availability of caregivers. For instance I searched for a specific date and time, then booked the caregiver that was showing available, however the caregiver declined. Seems search results from care.com do not match with actual availability.

It showed 185 per sitters in my area and once I payed for the monthly subscription it showed 0 in my area with no filters other than a 20 mile radius. I'd like to cancel the subscription and get a refund for the charges.
