Your website is horrible

Your website is horrible. I have had difficulty paying for an upgrade for a week. Finally got thru this AM and have lost my discount which is ridiculous. Now I am looking to see my job posing and have not found it yet. You need to do better with your customer service and with your hard to navigate website. 'Thank you

I would like to have known that there several add-ons that cost a considerable amount of money ahead of time and wished Care.com had made sort of reference to this before I started the checkout process. It felt misleading and makes me wonder if there are any other hidden costs I will be surprised with.

The experience of getting set up has been very glitchy and frustrating. Can't edit my profile, no way to hit "send" on a message, right now I paid for 2 premium memberships because the first profile shows I'm premium and also that I'm not premium on the same page. I dont like microtransactions

I dont like microtransactions. The service is what it is. This 2$ more for X and 8$ for whatever is bull$#*! and corporate knows it. Nothing we can do about it almost certainly. You have a good day over there all right?

Hello Bret, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

It was a little frustrating to have to pay to respond to a message. I can see paying if I book someone through your site, but I'm on several sites looking for care and if I had to pay them all it could get expensive. Others make it so you only pay if you hire one of their people. That would be better.
