Challenging at first but starts to make sense if you answer enough questions to see providers. Most say not booking so I will keep looking or reach out to some because it is not clear since all were active within last 24 hours. Seems like a great potential for finding help for caregivers for my Dad.

I had an account for about 6 years. They used to be okay, never received many responses from any jobs which I'm beginning to think aren't even all real, just created by a bot to make their website seem popular.
Now you have to pay for everything whether looking for work or help.
Then they talk you in to getting a premium membership so you'll get more responses when in fact nothing changed.
They have just suspended my account for inaccurate information on a background report run by a $2 company they hired without a chance to appeal. No refund either since I just signed up for a premium membership.
Very unethical and untrustworthy.
No way to run a business.

None of what you just wrote was true, you replied faster to a negative review than you did to me on your own platform. It says in bold letters I'm not entitled to a refund.
I had an account for 6 years and now I don't qualify?
Get your lawyers ready because you're adding insult to injury. Whether you're a bot or not I would seriously just stop.

If you received a message that your photo wasn't approved, review the following guidelines and submit a new photo:
Look professional and keep it family-friendly - Don’t upload a picture that displays nudity (such as a bathing suit, shirtless, or a child in a diaper), alcohol, tobacco, or offensive behavior.
Clearly show your face - Share a photo of you or you with your family. Do not upload images that obscure faces with a hat, sunglasses, or face mask (other than for religious or cultural purposes).
Original images - Don’t upload an image that has a collage, filter, cartoon image, writing, or markings on it (such as names, copyrights, filters from apps, and glamour shots).
Orientation - Be sure the photo is oriented correctly and is of good quality (such as good lighting, not too dark, and the face is not cropped out).
All photos should adhere to the photo guidelines to ensure Care.com is a family-friendly, safe, and welcoming community.

The cost is honestly ridiculous when I already have to pay the nanny. Especially the cost the add on background checks. THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED> WHAT AM I EVEN PAYING FOR? A list of nannies? THATS ALL!? Is this supposed to be a joke?
