The Website is unclear and it feels like an expensive rabbit hole. You don't know where you are going until you are there and you cant go back. So far I would not recommend the site at all.

Let's be real and honest about this. If truth were told, Care.com, isn't about caring at all. Not impressed with "up-grade your membership" fee's... very deceptive. Like being pick-pocketed. Be upfront with a menu of membership levels and services.

I have questions about service and cancellation policies, the last time I had a premium account we cancelled and was continually charged, it took several calls to get it fixed. Now your service only allows email, that is not a good start. I wanted to speak with an actual human on the phone and couldn't. I know you guys communicate through email, I just don't think that's good customer service.
