No problems.
September 1, 2020

All very legit. Short wait time while the site administration verifies user's identity, and then the gift card's value, but altogether I'd say it was maybe 18 hours for my first gift card sale. I used it a second time, and the wait time was much shorter. Like a couple hours. Will definitely use again.

This company is terrible. Used their website to sell two unwanted $25 gift cards to the same store. Went through the extensive verification process including having them verifying email and phone number as well as two different credit cards. They said they would mail a check for $38.50. Sent me a confirmation email confirming that the check would be mailed but then three days later they send me another email saying that they have decided not to accept the sale and that their decision is final. No reason was given and they did not give any option to contact them via phone or email to discuss why the order was suddenly cancelled. Now they left me with two unwanted gift cards that cannot be gifted to someone else because their online verification process required me to remove the protective coating on the gift cards to give them the card numbers. Terrible company and will never make another sale or purchase with them again. Stay away and use a different website to sell gift cards. They will cancel your sale suddenly and with no reason and leave you with unusable gift cards.

Banned for fraud after purchasing gift a few gift cards, yet there's a link to purchase up to $10,000 a month. Called and emailed to get my account up and going but still denied. Horrible business practices!

We all have those gift cards that we will never use or have a balance on them that are just sitting around. I was able to sell my gift card to CardCash and had a choice of cash or they would give me a % more for another gift card. What a deal. You will not get 100% value for you gift card, but right now it is just sitting in a drawer. What are you waiting for? Go online and make some money $$

Not perfect, but a great way to score a little extra cash for any old gift cards you might have lying around. Would use again.

I've submitted about 5 gift cards now, and converted them to amazon gift cards. I've found it pretty easy and painless to do. My particular gift cards for Sephora were a fair trade. I got $25 for a $30 gift card.

No idea how this site is still in business. REjected almost all of my cards after mailing them in, they work fine. No issues. And they mailed them back to an address on file from 8 years ago and told me I was SOL.

Tried to sell a Best Buy gift card both times they flag it as high-risk and stole two dollars from my bank account as an "authorization" charge. Stay away from this cesspool!

I had $1400 in gift cards to sell and o Ly got 1085, so I lost $300 in the deal, otherwise they were great to deal with. I worried about them being sketchy, but they are totally trustworthy and I got my money very fast.

I compared a few other Gift card resale sites before selecting CardCash. Some of their competitors have an unrealistic minimum balance requirement while others have a more limited list of merchants they accept gift cards from. CardCash has both a long list of merchants that they accept gift cards from as well as low ($10) minimum balance. They also don't take a huge cut of the cards' value, it's very reasonable. The money was deposited into my PayPal account the very next day.

So I originally wanted to buy the discounted CVS e-gift card because I thought that a website that sells digital goods (g2g.com) accepted CVS e-gift cards via the service "Openbucks." It turns out that they now only accept physical CVS gift cards that are bought from a physical store. Because of this misunderstanding, I wanted a refund for the card. They, however, turned down my request. I would not recommend buying from them.

Sketchy af
June 11, 2020

Really angry right now. Been trying to sell a $25.00 Chili's gift card to them for well over an hour now. I chose to have my money put onto my Paypal account but for some weird reason i'd click confirm be taken to Paypal login then once I logged in I was redirected to their site a stupid loading circle would pop up then nothing and right back to the check out page. Then after an eternity of doing that trying to figure out what was wrong I decided to sell the Chili's gift card for an Amazon gift card instead. Click confirm and then it popped up a message saying "whoopsy you're paying with a prepaid/debit card"... and that means WHAT to me exactly? I have money on it (it's how I get paid at work my moneys directly loaded onto there every week) and that's the only card I have. No doubt in my mind that the reason they only take credit cards is so that they can charge your booty whenever tf they want. But would've been nice if they said that from the get go when I was trying to get my money through Paypal instead of wasting an eternity trying to figure out what was wrong. But after that and after seeing some of the negative reviews good riddens to be honest, i'm glad I couldn't sell to them. Sketchy af that they only accept credit cards but not debit or prepaid debit and it's sketchy af that they even need your card info to begin with- i'm SELLING something to YOU not buying something so why do you need my info again? Oh yeah to "protect" yourselves against fraud but what about our protection against you? STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and whatever you do do not give them your card info, who knows what they'll do. Huge waste of my time.-.

Tried to buy a lousy $15 gift card and was flagged for possible fraud? They probably don't even have gift cards and are just selling our information. Do not use this site! Buyer beware!

I found a bunch of gift cards on CardCash.com for orders I was making with 2 online retailers at a very good discount. My order was canceled for "suspected fraud." After checking with my bank that there was no problem with using my card, I resubmitted the order. Again it was canceled. I sent an email to CardCash asking for some help in purchasing. I received a response in which the csr apologized, said not to take it personally (really? Why would I?), and that "it is probably some silly misunderstanding." I see nothing silly about this.
I waited a few days and resubmitted my order. Once again it was canceled for suspected fraud. I decided to resubmit my order using my PayPal account, but again it was canceled. I then called CardCash support, and the agent said that she was sorry this had happened, but there is no way to override the CardCash fraud sniffing program. I was trying to purchase more than $500 of cards, and because of this issue, they lost a sale. I'm guessing in the big scheme of things, this is unimportant to CardCash.

Never again!

I went on this website to sell my gift card, all of my information was correct. I provided my phone number. Upon closing, the system provided a pop up window that says "our security system has provided you with numbers linked to your account information". They provided me with a list of things 100 phone numbers, which have nothing to do with me or anyone I know. Once I called customer service they said there was nothing they can do to override their security system which provided 100 phone numbers that have nothing to do with me, after I already provided my phone number and address and credit card information. These people are identity thieves. They stole my information, and refused to give me service and made no effort to fix their "security system". Going to see what the BBB has to say about these guys for stealing people's information and not providing services.

The platform is easy to use, mobile friendly, and understandable with little-to-no technical issues. The rates are fair/reasonable. The level of communication for each step of the process is very satisfactory and helps to establish the trustworthiness of the service. Turnaround time for payment is a little slow, but again still bests the competition. Very satisfied with transaction.
