After waiting on hold for an hour the boss answered her name was Adele and hanged up the phone on me when she couldn't help and was asked for her boss
Didn't seem to care that I went to the restaurant and ordered more expensive things than I normally would only to find out the gift card was invalid!

I have used both sides of CardCash. I've been selling my unwanted cards to them for years and the bit of cut they take is very much worth me not having to mess with trying to find something I don't need in a store I never visit. I always mail my physical cards and they have always credited my account with no issues. Today I purchased e-cards from CardCash and saved $13 on $650 in cards for a store that I could find NO coupons for. I paid and had the e-cards within 5 minutes, which I immediately used on the website with no problems. I have never purchased a physical card from them.

I have had the experience where several times I was sent a card with an invalid or unclear card number and pin. CardCash has been responsive in resolving the issue but often I have had to get a refund on the card and not been able to use it in time for the purchase I wanted to make. In this latest transaction, I was given a card number and PIN number but the site was looking for a 4 digit PIN and the one I had was 11 digits. It turned out for this time I only needed to use the PIN but that was not clear.
A friend turned me on to this site and the savings. I am hooked. If you want to save a few bucks, this is your place.
